Cheap plastic frame arrived scratched. Not worth the price at all.

36” gold mirror

Frame dented and scratched. Was told it’s my problem as the mirror portion was functional. Worst online shopping customer service ever had. I highly doubt anyone from Boutique Rug’s Quality Department would hang this in their own bedroom. Will never shop this store again.

Received damaged due to poor packaging and handling. I was offered a 20 % when I requested a refund. I said no and only when I mentioned the BBB did they offer the full refund. Sub-par merchandise, go elsewhere.

Came scratched

I had a hard time with size and this was the third mirror I purchased to try to get the right size for my nursery. It’s the right size but I am really disappointed in the quality. It came pretty scratched all over the good part. I honestly can’t go through another return process so I’m going to try to use gold rub and buff to fix the scratches. Really shows they don’t care for their products before packaging them and I probably won’t purchase through them again. Size works well for a big wall though. I got the 36inch.

It is ok

For the price I paid, I got it on sale, it was ok. The first one I received was really marked up. Customer service was great and replaced it -‘s while the second one ain’t marked it is mags odd finger print looking makes in the gold finish. I won’t hassle angina as it is fine but not perfect.
