Looked good in picture

Received the product broken and open prior to delivery, then retaped on both ends. Quality wasn’t equal to picture shown. Disappointed ☹️

Damage and missing parts

I ordered this rod twice and the two times came defective and missing the pearl finals embouts.

Pretty curtain rod. But, it did come in with one end knob missing and the other broken. Waiting for the replacement to come in

Beautiful!

This item exceeded my expectations. The coloring of the rod was perfect and the finials looked great when I took them out of the box, but fantastic when I put the rod up on the window. Classy, stylish, girly...great addition to my black/gold themed dressing room. The rod is not too heavy, but not cheaply light and thin. The finials seem to be well made and I don't anticipate them falling apart (as some items like them do on occasion). The brackets were perfect size and very easy to install (actually came with great instructions in case there is anyone out there who doesn't know how to hang curtain rod brackets...). Don't need another one, but would buy another one if I had a reason.

The balls are plastic and cheaply made. One of them broke as soon as I pulled them out the box. Once assembled they do look nice.

I'll be honest, a few of the diamonds were hanging off upon arrival, but a dot of strong hold clear glue remedied that! they complement my curtains delightfully. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.
