I returned not user friendly
Poor quality
Bought this recliner from Ashley Furniture, Richfield, WI about 4 mos ago based its appearance ease of use at the store. It was difficult to get the foot rest to retract from the reclining position for the first couple of months. Now a pin and spring fell out from the arm where the reclining latch is located. The latch wobbles now.I can see where the pin goes, but there’s no way to reach it to put it back in place. I didn’t buy the extra protection plan based on Ashley’s advertising of quality furniture. Very disappointed in the quality that it broke so soon.

F.F, delivered the wrong CHAIR, we caught it, went several days awaiting the delivery of the correct chair, called for the service of A CHAIR TECH, he had to order parts,,, still awaiting the repair in the MARAVEL RECLINER. We have to KICK IT HARD to get it to open for reclining. not real happy. We purchased 2, one is fine, we are patiently awaiting repair on the 2nd chair.
