Some quirks during assembly.

This has enough quirks during assembly that I had to ding it a few stars. This uses typical cam hardware on 3 of the shelves. The cam dowels have a hard plastic stopping ring that will crack if you continue to screw it in as per the instructions. The instructions say to fully tighten the dowel, but if you do that, the plastic cracks and the cam lock will not grab or will break. Instead, it seems like they want you to tighten it up until the plastic touches the frame, but not beyond that, it will seem loose. I had to take it apart a few times because the nut wouldn't grab because I tightened it fully. I broke a few nuts because the dowel was not loose enough, but luckily they are a standard size I could go buy. The other shelves use press in shelf supports and screws which did not cause any problems. Each non cam shelf has 3 height options. It looks similar to the photos. The marble look is a veneer. The unit has to be mounted to the wall since there are only 2 front legs. The wall screws provided feel quite long, so just be careful you do a check that you aren't going to piece anything behind the wall when you use them. Overall if it wasn't for the assembly issues, I would have rated it higher.
