Great Retrofit
The plastic trim ring on my bathroom shower can light deteriorated and fell out of the ceiling due to the heat leaving the fixture and bulb exposed. Then the shower steam began shorting out the light. This Halo LED retrofit screwed in to the existing light bulb socket and already had the spring loaded wires so that the LED bulb and trim fit right into the can and made a tight seal on the ceiling so the fixture and wiring are protected from the shower steam. It's also a lot brighter. Also the LED lamp will save a lot of electricity.
