Kinda got you over a barrel

Not many other options available…. Custom design plays well with the custom shape of the grease tray on the griddle and the custom shape of the grease cup. The aluminum is no thicker or stronger than comparable grease trays for systems by other manufacturers. Nothing premium about the foil liners.
