Broken

It came chipped otherwise the quality looked okay.

I liked the looks, size, and the perceived durability of this mortar and pestle set and was anxious to begin using it. However, when I received it, there was a deep crack in the bowl, and also one in the top ball of the pestle. While there was lots of brown craft paper stuffed in the box, there wasn't enough protection on the top side, which must have been bumped around. I ended up returning it to the nearest store, which, folks, they deduct a cost to ship back to manufacturer. I think there's a 50/50 chance that the one you get is in good shape, but, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend ordering this. I was disappointed.

I really like this product, It has a nice weight to it also i love the smoothness on the outside. It pulverizes nicely :)

Nice item terrible packaging

Fantastic item, packaging was not fantastic. The pestle arrived broken, The mortar was nice to finish was nice good grooving on the inside but I had to return it before even using it because like I said the pestle top of it was broken off.

Just right. Shipped fast. Appears to be really good. Will start use it shortly.

Overpriced

Doesn't look like the picture of it. More discolorations and the interior is not smooth - it's unfinished. It arrived damaged - the pestle was broken in half. I tried super glue and duct tape but decided if I'm that unhappy with it, I'm sending it back. Way overpriced for what you get!!!

The mortar was just thrown in a half opened box, chipped on the bottom, and looked used. I would not purchase from this seller.
