Our vanity came with the outside strapping cutting the cardboard. The back of the vanity was cracked and broken . The left lower drawer was gouged where the outside cardboard was ripped open. I have pictures. The left side drawers scrape the newly painted walls and don't close correctly. I spent $800.00 . I am very upset and disappointed.

Item arrived on time. When I got to the last step and installing the sink bowl there was no hardware. Contacted Customer support. I was transferred to a person that contacted the supplier via email. After I replied to the email the supplier sent me a tracking number for something that was shipped and received in Florida in April. I asked for a correct tracking number and no reply. A week and a half later the hardware showed up. I had already made my own brackets and purchased the bolts locally.

I ordered this product online, and got a smaller vanity. I ordered it again from a store, and got the same smaller vanity - damaged yet. Both times, both deliveries showed the boxes had been opened and re-taped. Extremely disappointed with Home Depot.

Quality

OK love the product! it was made with really great quality and looks awesome after we installed it Everything came ready. Just take it out of the box and put drawer handles together and you’re done.

Don't buy if you're looking for gray cabinets

Ordered two gray cabinets in gray but received two cabinets that were blue. Great quality, but color not true to advertised. Avoid at all costs, or at least be prepared to have them professionally repainted. Customer service, though friendly, did nothing.

Needs to be returned. Paint peeling off one drawer and one center door. Could not install like that.

Product measures 42 not the 43 promised

I needed a built in cabinet and I thought this would be perfect. The top is 43 BUT the cabinet is only 42 so I had to spend more money buying spacers. Description of the item should have made that clear

Very nice cabinet

Very nice cabinet. Well constructed with quality materials that can stand up to the wet environment of a bathroom, not cheap particle board like many similar cabinets. I especially like the self closing drawers and doors. A little taller than most, but the extra drawer and cabinet space is a benefit. My only complaint is that the hardware is not available in oil rubbed bronze finish, but it's still a very nice cabinet.

Decent vanity for $

Reasonably well made cabinet with decent white finish. The drawer glides are finicky when reinstalling drawers.

Poor Quality Finishes

Unfortunately the paint job is very poor quality. Within several months of installing this cabinet, the paint has already started to chip and warp. We do not recommend this item.

Quality bathroom vanity at a reasonable price

We were looking for two vanities to replace our builders grade units that were showing wear. We wanted something economical, but of good quality. We found this vanity on the internet site, and after looking / reading the reviews, we ordered two vanities. They arrived very well backed, and the quality is very good. We are happy, and we would recommend this vanity to anyone.

This is not a quality product!

Drawers do not line up vertically on either side, and drawer slides cannot be adjusted. Unit was installed, so we cannot now return it. Very disappointed.

Black vanity

The Ariel cabinet arrived in very good packing condition. Delivery time was as expected. Price is good. Soft closure a little tight. I swapped out brushed chrome hardware for my polished chrome hardware. Be sure to measure if vanity is going against door casing. Height is great. Well for plumbing is good amount. Ferguson was fantastic with the ordering process. I love it!

My First mail order vanity

I researched many vanity cabinets for my guest bathroom remodel and found the Ariel Hamlet 42 inch cabinet. I liked the looks and that it had a built in toe-kick. I was apprehensive about buying it over the internet because of not being able to “kick the tires” so to speak and of the long shipping distance (2000 miles). Ariel assured me of the quality and that they would stand by their shipping procedures. They were right about the quality of the cabinet … beautiful and well made. The free shipping was excellent as well. It was very well package and arrived on time and without a scratch. I plan on remodeling my master bath next summer and Ariel will be on my places to shop for my double vanity.

Good vanity

We picked up our vanity 42" at our lowes nj. It arrived sooner then expected. I had read all of the reviews and it got good ratings and i believe it was the best choice for me. My son in law put it in easy no problems . I did spray paint the handles and knobs dark to match our black faucet and was surpised how simple this worked!

We absolutely love the vanity, sink, backsplash, and soft closing doors. Lots of storage and was a nice upgrade for our guest bathroom. The quartz is solid white which we were pleased to see. Some reviews said it wasn’t pure white. Gorgeous vanity! We will enjoy it for years to come.
