Unbelievably bad delivery service!! Home Depot contracted with third-party carriers to have this heavy, bulky item of several hundred pounds delivered to our home. NSD made the final delivery. Delivery was scheduled on a day in the morning before noon but did not occur until 6 p.m. at night. We waited at home all day. When delivery was made, the driver made no attempt to alert us before (a courtesy call was promised), during, or after delivery. Instead, the driver just left the item out in the pouring rain and left. This person did not even knock on our door! Damage? We will see. Poor quality, poor value--based on this nightmare experience. Ultimately, Home Depot must take responsibility.

Ariel Vanity

Finally arrived 2 weeks late. Totally damaged, doors don't align when closed, internal supports are cracked and will have to return. Very disappointed as this will now delay the remodel project. The vanity got great reviews. Guess I just got the lemon. Lowes has opened a case and will be picking the vanity up for return.
