I thought I would love this rug, but I hate it! I bought it in Sept and had it sitting while my family room was being remodeled. I just unrolled it tonight and the color is muted plus there are brownish marks all over it that look like a small animal had an accident and someone stepped in it! The rug looks depressing. I DO MOT RECOMMEND!

Just get it, you won't regret it

This was absolutely perfect. The purple is a beautiful deep color. And all the pets seem to love it too, in a good way. Seems very durable.

I bought this in the green and it is exactly what I wanted for the foyer. It doesn't show dirt and stands up well to traffic. It also is able to be vacuumed very easily without clogging the vacuum.

Good quality, but color not as pictured.

PROS: The rug arrived in excellent condition. It rolled out nicely and laid flat within a day or two. It's a tight weave, and I don't notice any shedding, which I understand is a characteristic of wool rugs. CONS: I expected it to be softer, more plush. This rug offers minimal cushioning. The color isn't as pictured. I ordered the Sage color of this rug. I'm disappointed that it's a cooler color, not as warm as I had hoped or as pictured. There's a lot more of an emerald green than sage green. I wanted to match by curtains which are a true sage color.

Love this

I love this rug. It's pretty and so thick. I believe it's the best rug I've ever gotten from overstock. I even considered getting another one in case this one wears out. I've had it for months, and it still looks great.

Amazing runner

Love these rugs. They are absolutely amazing and last a long time. I wanted to update my rooms and let me tell you hat.... They make such a huge difference. House feels good and new just by adding a rug. I love this brand in particular as they have never disappointed me.

Wool rugs rock!

I have bought a fair number of wool Safavieh rugs and am always pleased. They look good and wear well in a home with a number of animals. The green was a bit darker than I anticipated and has a bit of blue in the design, but it is attractive, will not show wear, and the blue gives it more versatility.

Great 8’ round blue rug for the price

The rug arrived quickly and the quality is excellent. A round wool rug at this price is rare to find. This neutral but interesting rug would fit with modern to traditional styles. We are very pleased.

Nice design, but...

This rug has a very nice design/pattern, but if you're looking for a soft rug with a nice under-foot feel, this isn't the one. The rug isn't soft at all - it's almost rough (and sheds quite a bit, but that's to be expected from wool; I'm sure it'll subside). But if you're looking for a very durable rug in a high traffic area, this one will probably work well.

Beautiful! After hours searching various rug retailers' websites, this rug on Houzz was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly and well-packaged, the colors are perfect, and the quality is exceptional. The design reminds me of ocean waves--it's subtle but there's definitely a coastal feel. I bought a .25' dual-surface rug pad to put under it and they work together nicely. I love it so much that I plan to buy the same exact rug now to put under some chairs at the other end of the room. The rug arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition. It lays totally flat, even the corners. This rug is heavy, so it will not slide. It is beautiful and absolutely as pictured. Very happy with this purchase.

Modern/transitional style.

Beautiful colors and design. Wool and cotton blend. Nice and soft to the touch. Using in my kitchen. Dogs love it too. The quality is excellent and the price point is great. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this rug, but so does my cat! It is her favorite scratch pad. She has it all frayed on the edges and o pick up balls of fuzz fibers daily. The pattern is wonderful! I want something as pretty, but without the loops for Kitty to pull.

Loving the many shades of blue.

The lovely blue swirl patterned area rug is a great addition to our family room. I have order several Safavieh rugs from Overstock and have not been disappointed. It came quickly, rolled out evenly and did not have any bad smell or curling.

Perfect colors and quality, expensive lookin.

Two years ago we bought our first set of three rugs, two 2x3 and one 4x6 in dark blues to complete our newly updated master bath. I got exactly what I wanted, quality well made rugs with a thick pile and a gorgeous pattern of swirls like an artist's painting shades of light and darker blues with grey'swirls.These rugs still look beautiful, the pile is still thick and they have not shed or faded. Yesterday two years later from our first order I received my rugs in the silver shades for our living room. After we arrange them I will post photos for you. If the shades are good I will order for my living room. New photos fro 2 great of rugs in great room and 1 photo of rug under or dining room table. As you can see we are very pleased with our purchase of 6 rugs in the blue and silver shades. Our original 3 blue were bought 2 years ago and they do not show any wear. The colors have not faded and the yarn has no pulls. The depth is still thick and comfortable to walk barefoot or with shoes.

Perfect as pictured and described

I love this rug. It is thick and luxurious, and my cats can literally not harm it with their scratching. I definitely recommend. This was also my first order from Overstock.com. I was impressed with my shopping experience, and very satisfied with the quality of the rug. I will not be leary, of ordering from them again.

Perfect Purple Runner Rug

We got the rug in purple as a runner for our new master bathroom. Love it! It feels great on bare feet and looks so stylish. Now we need some plum colored towels to accent the rug. Delivery was quick. Quality is great. It unrolled perfectly in less then 24 hours.

We absolutely love this rug in our baby's room. It is exactly as described. Soft underfoot, not too thick, minimal shedding. It does shed a little bit, it is a wool rug after all! But after a few vacuums, it's gone! Excellent quality, as expected from a SAFAVIEH rug! Definitely recommend!

Great rug, slightly off-neutral colors

Very happy with the rug. Nice pile height, feels good on the feet, office chair rolls on it well (though with larger rollerblade style wheels). The end of the rug that was tightly coiled on the inside for shipping is nearly flat after one day, so I expect it fully flat in a couple more days. Love the pattern, nice visual texture without being too busy. I'm a photographer and wanted a truly neutral color rug on the floor of my workspace, and was hoping the silver/grey color here was a true neutral. However the gray is a little blue, and the white is a little warm under D65 lighting. I attached a photo with white/grey/black photo reference cards for comparison. I like the colors, it's quite mild but just not as neutral as the photos in the listing led me to expect.

I was expecting a more vibrant blue to play off our black and white kitchen floor so was disappointed to discover it's primarily a light blue-grey with some secondary lavender and navy mixed in. Keeping for now because the quality is nice-a thick wool that feels nice to walk on - and because it makes a big difference on our otherwise cold kitchen floor. (Note: I also bought a nonslip pad, which keeps it in place really well.) It does shed, but I'm hoping this is just a natural, new-rug phenomenon. We've only had it for 4 days. 3.5 stars
