This rug is beautiful, but it smells like dirty socks. After 2 months, this rug still stinks… it makes the entire room smell. I don’t want to get rid of it because it’s the perfect color for my decor! It also has several spots that untie, so I have to constantly tug them in or it looks like it’s fraying. I’d like to recommend this rug, but I can’t. I don’t think the smell will ever go away.

I am completely satisfied with this purchase! I bought the green. It’s a lovely/neutral/deep shade of olive, so if you are looking for something brighter this may not be for you. It’s thicker and softer than any other jute/jute mixed rug I’ve seen - even at double the price! I’ve gotten a number of outstanding deals on Overstock, but as always, success depends on a lot of research and a little luck. If this suits your style, buy it! You’ll be glad you did!
