Awful rug! It pills so much that the pattern is barely showing. Also, it sheds even after months of having it.

The use of BHT in the backing of these rugs causes them to turn yellow when exposed to moisture or chemical cleaners like Folex or Bissel. To remove these yellow spots, you'll need to purchase a brown out cleaner for spot cleaning. Alternatively, you can opt for steam cleaning and ensure thorough drying. It's important for the sellers to disclose the use of BHT properly, so consumers can take appropriate care and avoid unintentional damage to their purchase.

Ok this is the most beautiful rug!! I pined after this rug for months and finally decided it was the one. Since nothing compared. I absolutely loved the texture, pattern, colors, it exceeded my expectation. Then the digger— it came with a subtle stain. Looked like maybe it got a water leak during shipment (quite possible it arrived on a very rainy day). So upon a quick google search to find out best way to clean this type of blendmaterial it said you can’t even get water on it. It’s extremely sensitive to any moisture. So I called my carpet guy and got a another red flag that he said wool a great material, the viscose that it’s blended with is the absolute hardest to get clean and that yes you can’t even clean with water! We’ll this is suppose to be in our living room and we want to be able to live in that space. With 2 young children, so occasional spills are par for the course. Sadly I have to return. A rug that can’t even withstand the occasional spills that comes with life is too risky. It’s too expensive a rug to make that gamble and constantly stressing about isn’t worth that price. It states it’s “stain resistant” in the description but feel that was not 100 true. So to conclude, beautiful, well-made rug, but keep lifestyle in the the decision and know it comes with some risk due to the viscose. (

Nice rug

This is a beautiful rug, after delivery we laid it out and it relaxed with it hours. The color is Ivory/gray. On my computer it had also shown some brown which I hopped for so I wanted to mention it. I am not sure I will keep it due to the color scheme. I feel like I need some brown in the rug to tie it all together in my living room for coherent look.

EDITED REVIEW

EDITED AFTER LIVING WITH THE RUG FOR TWO MONTHS. WHILE THE RUG IS PRETTY, AND DOES COME IN MANY SIZES, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPOT CLEAN. I HAVE USED THE METHODS RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER, AS WELL AS OTHER OPTIONS, TO NO AVAIL. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. CAN NO LONGER GIVE A 5 STAR REVIEW. Original review: It's beautiful! I’m really pleased with the prices and the different sizes available. I bought a 9x12 for my living room and a 6x6 square for me dining area. Delivery time was shorter than originally given. Love it!

Okay Rug

I was looking for a rug with navy hues and this one seemed to fit the bill. My son has navy bedding and dark furniture with white walls. This rug didn’t have navy like I expected, but a lighter blue, mixed with white. One reviewer said it had more white than blue, which was not true for my case. I was hoping for more white, but had more of a cerulean blue that didn’t match the decor. Also, it had an awful smell out of the package.

I bought the runner to make sure it would match before buying the 9x12. I love it! The colors are mostly beige with various shades of blue and gray. It’s very soft and I anticipate it feeling even better under foot when I get the rug pad under it. It’s thick enough to not use a rug pad though. Update: after a week, I have noticed some prickly areas of the rug. There is something in the fibers of the rug that actually hurt my feet when I step on them. Feel like little globs of glue.

Do not buy viscose

I’ve had this rug for two months now and really did like it. Unfortunately a small amount of coffee was spilled on the rug and when I attempted to clean it, it completely changed the texture of the rug. After googling, I learned that viscose is basically impossible to clean and sort of breaks down the fiber when water is used on it. ??? It has a large discolored spot in the middle where the design is completely destroyed. Definitely would not recommend.
