Love!

This rug feels more expensive than it is. I ordered the light grey color and as one of the other reviews mentioned, it does seem like something from West Elm. Great quality at a fraction of the price. It’s thick enough to not need a rug pad if you don’t want to purchase one. The picture makes it look a little darker than it is in person. Only issue I had was the paper tubing they used to roll up the rug had a little dampness to it and left a tiny spot on the rug. I used spot treatment and it came right out thankfully. One thing to note is it had that new carpet smell to it when I first laid it out. Next day it was gone so not a problem at all.

It was super soft and a very high quality rug. It fits perfect in my guest bedroom nice subtle color and design.

This rug is beautiful! I bought the round one for my dining area and had to get the matching one for my living room since I have an open concept. It got some cushion to it that’s really nice and it’s a light beige/grey color more towards the neutral side

Disgusting dog odor in this rug...

Odor is likely the wool component. Arrived with many dehumidifying packets.Ordered light grey,, verified on the packaging, but this rug was ivory with a few splotches of grey.Returned.

Great neutral and cozy rug!

Thicker than I expected, but definitely a quality rug. I’m planning to install this on my stairs but have t gotten to it yet. I ended up buying another runner and area rug in the gray because I liked how neutral and easy-care this rug is!

This rug doesn't last long. Had it for 3 months and it looks 10 years old. Do not buy!!

Frays and Pills

The rug was beautiful initially, but within a month the whole surface of the rug is deteriorating. The fibers/loops on the surface of the rug come undone, and it looks like giant spiderwebs are covering the rug. We don't use a beater brush to vacuum, and it's not in a heavily trafficked area. Should have listened to all the prior reviews and not purchased this particular rug.

Really pleased with the rug- not sure I need to use a pad. It’s thick enough I think - a pad might make people trip.

It's a very nice rug especially for the price, but the picture is misleading. It's much lighter, more of an off-white than beige. It costs too much to return, so I feel like I'm stuck with it. Would give it 5 stars if it was the color in the pic.

Nice to lighten up with some light within! What’s next? Gotta think about that- think bold... think stretch with a quantum leap! Doing demo while working from home is a dusty choice. Something is coming.

This rug was purchased for our living room. It has held up well over the last month to foot traffic and looks very nice with our furniture. We like this one so much we are buying another color combination for our upstairs den area.

I have only had this rug since the beginning of July in a low traffic area. The first time I vacuumed it the fibers fuzzed up in a few areas. I thought maybe it will sluff off because it was new and maybe the fibers have fuzz on them. They didn't, I vacuumed again things the fuzz would come off but it stays on the rug and it is a fuzzy, cheep looking rug. I think it is defective. It is past the 30days to return so I wrote the sellers to se if I can still return it. I haven't heard back yet but it has only been a day. I would say do not buy this rug if you intend to vacuum it.
