Doesn't Last Long

No pets. No children. Single household. I've had the rug for over a year and it just is about to go in the trash. The design definitely fades so I have a lot of areas where the black is now a light gray. The knots are every ending. The one thing about this rug that drives me nuts is it definitely loses shape. It's even with or without a rug mat underneath or the rug stickies you attach to the floor, it looses shape. My OCD is over it being wavy on one side. I hate it. I even contacted the manufacturer and they don't warranty their products. This is over $200 down the drain and I'm really upset about it.

Beautiful tribal motif huge jute rug

It a wonderful big rug. Despite the size it was easy to manage the rug in my living room and stuck it under the furniture.

I love the texture that jute adds to a room. I've had jute rugs before and this one is a blend that is softer.

Soft and well made for the price.

It is the perfect size for my kitchen eating area. The colors are somewhat lighter than the photo, but that's what I wanted. It matches my decor perfectly. If I were to buy it again, I would definitely get a pad to put underneath.

Very nice rug

The rug was great - good quality and all, I just had to return it because I ended up going with a different style for my living room. The return process was super smooth - no complaints whatsoever.

Horrible smell

I got this carpet for my daughters room it looks really nice but it smells horrible I tried to remove the smell with many sprays and it’s still here after two days the whole room smells like mold. I don’t where they kept this carpet seems like they kept it in a wet dusty basement.

Wouldn’t order rugs on line again

I ordered and received 2. I have had these on the floor for a few weeks hoping they would flatten out but there are still large wrinkles. Have had heavy objects on them hoping it would help flatten. Helped a little. Some ends tend to curl up even after several days of keeping a heavy object on them. On 1 rug in 2 different corners a hardened type dark glue is on the much lighter fiber. Looks dirty. Also on both rugs the fibers appear a lighter shading every few inches from end to end. I personally feel that these are seconds. I would have returned them but I needed 2 matching rugs for my long living room and couldn’t find locally.

Ivory and beige for me! Beautiful design, and elegant for my foyer! You'll love it! Well made, have two sided stickers on each end to do the trick of keeping it settled down.

disappointing

I wish the photos were more telling. The color on the last two rugs was way off and the quality is not there. Thin and the design pattern was blurred. Will not purchase rugs from here again. Pricey to ship back too.

Very unsatisfied

It was nothing like the picture! I thought it was the wrong rug. Customer service said it was the right one. Now I have to pay $** to return it. Besides the trouble to return it.

Very disappointed with the color

I ordered brown but they sent me different color that I was not expecting at all . Also I didn’t like the material. Highly disappointed
