Not what I expected

Nice style, exactly as pictured. However, I’ve only had them for less than two weeks and they look to be coming unraveled. Very disappointed.

Not what ordered per online description

The color was incorrect. I ordered it in black and it was brown. (Which wasn’t even an option)

Unhappy with quality

I have had this rug for almost a year. Upon first impression the rug is beautiful and just the look I wanted however over time the quality decreased. The weave of the rug is not as small or tightly packed as pictured. Beware you cannot vacuum it at all (not even with a broom). I have tried multiple times to clean it based on the care instructions and it pulls and unravels. It has come apart even with normal foot traffic. To try to make it look decent I have to go through and individually push the pulls to the underside of the rug. Dissapointed.

Beautiful tones and no shedding!

We received this rug last month and LOVE it! It is the perfect aesthetic for our living room and the jute is extremely soft and does not shed!

1year of use - Not impressed

Love the style and colors and is stunning when brand new but unfortunately it’s not durable. Purchased a year ago and the first rug that arrived had a 12x12 section completely unraveled which should have been first sign of durability. Customer service was great to work with and sent a replacement which arrived in mid January. Not even a year later and I unfortunately am looking for a new rug because this one just did not hold up and looks disheveled which is disappointing because it was pricey and was advertised as pet friendly and high foot traffic. A few things to note, it is not woven tightly there are fringe ends sticking out all over the rug as you can see in the photos and if you have to spot clean the area will not return to it original color once wet…actually makes the spot worse if you attempt to clean (photo of discoloration is from spilled water). Unless you plan to put this in a room that rarely gets walked in/used I do not recommend this rug.

Ok quality

Not sure I can recommend this rug. It’s not very tightly woven and I can see stray white threading at multiple places.

Poor quality jute rug

The rug arrived with many loose threads. There are many threads that pop up in the middle of the rug. If you vacuum, it will get caught and even worse. Really poor quality.

Gorgeous Rug!

I was looking for the perfect rug for my clients family room and this one exceeded my expectations. The pattern is lovely and the material is soft. This rug definitely elevated my final room look to another level. Would highly recommend.

Great rug

Purchased the 2' x 8' runner for my kitchen in the ivory color. Actual color is a little more yellow than pictured, but still looks great in providing texture and warmth to the space. Looks like it will hold up well to heavier foot traffic and general wear and tear.

Stunning rug

Beautiful rug. No noticeable shedding but you will see some shedding underneath the rug because, well, it's jute! So pretty though. I did buy another one in the runner in a different color. It's beautiful too.

Sheds EVERYWHERE

The rug is built well, is so good looking, but it sheds nonstop. The amount of mini straws I find all over on a daily basis makes this rug not worth it for me. I'm vaccuuming daily, lint rolling my clothes daily, etc. And don't get me wrong- I'm not rolling around on this rug - the particles are small and make their way to my couch, floor, other furniture and clothes very easily (and the amount of straw particle in my dogs fur...)

Much darker than online pictures

I bought the beige and ivory version of this rug. I was slightly disappointed when it arrived as the white was more of a dark beige, unlike the online picture. Still deciding if I should return it or not.

Super cute but hate the quality

Maybe I don’t know much about jute rugs because I wasn’t expecting the rug to be coming apart as soon as it arrived it. The fibers will be all over your hair and clothes if you lay on it. It sheds a lot and started coming apart the same day I took it out of the packaging. It’s beautiful though!!

No regrets

Super cute! Edge was slightly rolled when I laid it out but it settled nicely. It is expensive but I do think it’s a premium rug so you’re getting what you paid for. My door color is SW Urbane Bronze (brown-black) for color reference.

Itchy to walk on

This rug is really rough to walk on I wouldn’t recommend it for an indoor rug. There was also a few holes where the seems we’re not pulled together. I’ve had jute rugs before from Target and can say the quality of this one was very poor. Along with it being painful to walk on, the rug was smaller than what I ordered and was uneven. It also left a lot of dust on the floor.

Pretty, but not made for families

This rug is truly pretty, really, and it sheds minimally, which is also nice & I think accounts for the positive reviews. But, if you have children and/or pets, I would advise against buying this rug. To be fair, my family has dogs, 2 geriatric cats, and 3 children under 5, so rugs have to put in work at our house. However, I would not describe my crew as rough on things, but we do live in our house. My antique rugs have held up for years without issue; this one won’t make it until the end of the year. Spills are not forgiving, even with folex, and this rug has come undone in so many places that I can’t even gently Hoover it. It is also wearing thin in high traffic areas. I’m really disappointed in this rug and wish I had saved the several hundred dollars I spent on it and invested in another antique rug.

Harlequin Trellis Jute - unhappy

It’s pretty and I have really tried to love this rug - but I just don’t. It does not lay flat and is no where near straight. It like it needs to be pulled at every corner and I just can’t get it like it needs to be. Wish I could return. Not happy with this purchase at all.

FAVOURITE RUG! Stylish & comfortable.

I ordered a handful of rugs for our new home from RugsUSA a couple of months ago, and we are finally ready to start moving in! This is by FAR out of everything we purchased, the best one. It looks so stylish and upscale in person, and since it is a blend of jute & cotton it is much softer than if it were 100% jute. It is fairly thick and has a nice weight to it, feels great on the feet with or without socks. We purchased the 6x9 size for our living room for reference. Would highly recommend!
