We had a great experience ordering the Williford wool rug in the cream color. It is surprisingly soft for a wool rug. The color and quality are excellent.

I purchased a runner to

I purchased a runner to be used in the hallway over my carpet. I love it and it stays in place very nicely. I thought I was ordering a 12 foot but I got the 10 foot which is good, but made at myself for missing out on the two feet for my hallway. I should of followed up sooner, but we had construction going on and didn't notice that till I layed it out weeks later. the carpet is great.

We only recently received the rug, but so far so good! The color is as pictured, the texture is nice especially when paired with a thicker rug mat. It’s in our pool house so hoping it stands up well to traffic. The wool material doesn’t shed very much either.

Sheds, Snags and More!

Fantastic and so beautiful at first. Sheds and snags like no other after time. Does not stand up after a year of use in a light traffic area. The good news is the amount of fuzz the wool generates it will carpet the rest of your house.

Great Looking Rug!

It’s perfect! Feels like good quality, fairly true to color in the photos and it was easy to lay down and style with little to no wrinkles or issues with laying flat.

Williford Wool Area Rug

The rug looks phenomenal in our guest room! Arrived much quicker than expected and is exactly as pictured. I was nervous it would be too ivory for the room, but it's not! It's a very light cream, bordering on white, which is perfect for our needs. The rug did have a slight smell but nothing a little Febreeze couldn't fix. 5/5 stars, would highly recommend!

Great rug overall

Very nice rug, color was more yellow than we expected. Needed to return because it did not work in our room.

Issue with online return

The color wasn’t what I expected, doesn’t work with the floor in my dining room. Trying to return, the online return process doesn’t work, you get an error with a note to contact customer service. Called customer service and they couldn’t help, they are sending a note to the return department and I haven’t heard from them.
