Lush wool rug

We purchased this as a 2 x 6 runner for our front entry. It’s great quality, thick wool which feels great under foot. No padding required, just a little rug tape on the corners. We like it so much I want a bigger one for our lounge room, and we already have a rug USA rug we love in there!

just perfect

I love this rug. It is the perfect height pile. Not too short, and not too thick that it is hard to vacuum. It looks beautiful in my kitchen, and I love the the stripes are not perfect. I just overall love this rug.

Love my rug but the customer service is even better! They monitored my rug to make sure it made it all the way to my door and updated ME when it was lost in transit. Shipped out another right away (even tho I doubt it was their fault). Highly recommend!

Construction problems

I have had this rug for two years. The design is beautiful, but I've found it to be quite disappointing in construction. The rug has never laid flat and has inexplicable folds/bumps in the middle of it, even when the rest is flat. I have tried everything from pulling/steaming/stretching/ironing to get these bumps out. It's gotten better over time, but it's still not great. The rug sheds constantly, more than any other rug I've ever owned - and most of my RugsUSA rugs have done quite a bit of shedding. I've never complained about one until now. Further, I don't find this rug to be very durable. It's located in our basement theater and gets little to no traffic, but looks quite worn. A minor white wine spill resulted in a permanent discoloration/stain, even though it was cleaned up immediately. I decided within a few months of having this rug that it would ultimately need to be replaced. I've purchased a few rugs from RugsUSA, and this is the first one I've been truly disappointed with.

Poor Quality

I purchased this rug knowing it was wool and would shed, especially at the beginning. However, beyond the normal shedding the rugs fibers are coming loose - there are constantly several long pieces (1/2 to 1 inch) of fiber still attached to the rug still (so not shedding), and it leaves obvious gaps in the rug.

Terrible Quality - Constant Shedding

This rug is horrible quality. It will arrive to you with fibers pulled out and it will be shedding like a golden retriever. You’ll run the vacuum over it 1 million times thinking that you got something on it just to realize that’s just what the rug looks like. Save yourself some money, go outside, run your old rugs over with a mulching lawnmower, and duct tape it all back together into a rectangle. That would be higher quality than this rug. Paying $30 to ship this monstrosity back is just stealing money and will be the reason I stop using this site.

Great rug, exactly as shown, super communication, fast delivery, plus fair price. I won't hesitate to purchase again from this company. I tried many other websites ( Etsy, Pottery Barn, Wayfair etc.) and couldn't find the selection, variety, quality or sensible price I found at Rugs USA! Thanks

Sharp and modern looking rug.

The rug was sharp looking. It is a really dramatic decorative statement that pleasantly surprised me. The quality was as good as I expected for the price, and I am pleased that I took the leap and ordered it.

This is a great rug. I’m indecisive, so I ordered a few different rugs from different places to compare. This rug is gorgeous and was by far the highest quality of the options I ordered. It’s very thick and dense and feels like a nice, quality accessory to the entryway. So, it’s the one that we kept. The other rugs from other places were returned.

I ordered the runner and the 8ft.x 11 ft. I love the design of this area rug. I received the runner 1st. it is fine and soft under foot. Both look as pictured. The only problem is that the 8 x 11 has several machine factory irregulars. The weave is not consistent .In some places the yarn bunches up making hard clumps and in other places it valleys out to a flat weird weave. Not as soft as the runner.Rugs usa offered free return shipping ,but I chose to keep because they were low on stock and I did not want to take the chance of being without. I hope these obvious machine irregular defects do not effect the longevity or ware of the rug. P.S. it dose shed a bit but is bearable.
