This rug is as thick and plush as the photos and description suggest. We purchased it for our bedroom at the end of the bed and it looks and feels luxurious. The only thing to be aware of is that it is recommended to not use a beater brush vacuum head on this rug so we are searching for a new vacuum attachment head to make sure we look after it properly.

Very poor quality

I bought this exact rug through Costco and love the colors! Sadly though, it fuzzes up and little threads work their way up to the top of the pile making it look horribly messy like you haven’t vacuumed in months. you have to hand pick them up every single day. Look at the Costco reviews if they are still there - many people were having the same problem and had to return it. I called Nourison and tried to find out if they had fixed the problem and I could get a replacement, but they had no clue.

Love this rug

This rug looks amazing and the color is exactly as it appears online. I've had it for about a month and it sheds a bit but read it is typical for about the first 2 months. NO other issues. Love, love, love this rug!!!

Beautiful and unique rug. Quality is pretty good but the fibers came out while vacuuming so be careful on how to take care. I would not recommend this for high traffic areas. Overall love it !

We purchased the rug for the master bedroom In a home we have not yet moved into, so I cannot share a photo, but we rolled it out in our living room to view the full size. This rug is better than I expect it, excellent quality. It’s very thick and feels plush under my feet. The colors are true to their photo. I bought the 5X7 @Rooms to Go and it was too small, they did not have the next size so I googled it and found it here @Incredible Rugs. Incredible Rugs are professional and they communicated with me as far as when the rug would be diverted etc. My next rug purchase will be from them, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Beautiful! This carpet is gorgeous - it is a piece of Art! It is also extremely well made with NZ wool. While we did put an underlay beneath it, the pile on the rug is generous. Great quality - I would definitely recommend it!

Discolors

I bought this rug a few years ago. Areas of it are changing color. It’s not due to sun and nothing has been spilled on it. It appears as if the backing is somehow bad and something is leaching through to the rug fibers. I say this because there is a border around the rug that isn’t discolored that corresponds exactly with the inch and a fourth or so different material around the perimeter on the underside. Very disappointed for what I paid for the rug to have something that looks this terrible.
