[Rewarded Review] DO NOT BUY

Do not buy from RugsUSA!!! This is how my rug was delivered, without any sort of plastic covering and a badly broken box completely exposed. As a result, the rug had a few wet patches, not to mention all the bugs crawling on it, and now I need to have it professionally cleaned. I reached out to customer service and they waited 4 days before asking for new photos of the wet spots/damage. Not sure they understand how evaporation works but the wet spots are no longer visible. They said the photos are necessary in order for them to investigate this further. Clearly trying to give me the run around as these photos are evident enough. I paid for a new clean rug and was not given one.
