We have the oven rug

We bought this about 10 years ago. We finally had to turn it over which is a great feature. It has worn very well in a house that always has multiple dogs.. my husband actually had to take it outside one time and wash. It was soap and water and the power nozzle on the hose because it had been potted on by our dog. It came clean now we need to buy a new one just because this one has gotten so old. I highly recommend this rug!!

Flaw in pattern

I was so excited to get this rug. But when I unfolded it, I discovered a flaw in the pattern in one of the corners. It's quite noticeable. But it's too large and cumbersome for me to pack up and return.

Disappointed

I bought this rug to use in a 1944 Cape Cod home. The colors matched perfectly in the dining room. There are numerous flaws that cause the rug to have a cheap appearance. It's too heavy to send back.

The rug is great, love it, but as far as your shipping people, you need a new one. FedEx is really bad. This is the 2nd time they messed up on the delivery. 1st time, they left my rug and pad in my garden halfway down my driveway, if I would have gotten home after dark, never would have seen it. Too lazy for them to walk 10 more feet to my front door. 2nd time, they delivered it to the wrong house, took picture of front door, not mine. Had to walk around to neighbors' home to find it. And I have two signs on my property with my address. Love your products, but your delivery service doesn't care about your paying customers. If this keeps up, I will buy from another company. From an unhappy customer.

The colors are so true!

I recently purchased a handmade rug, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality, craftsmanship, and overall aesthetic. Order a 2’6” by 5 ft Oval rug two different times. Both deliveries were a half moon carpet not a Oval. Had to repackage both and return each carpet. Very inconvenient. The site clearly shows the carpets as a Oval runner. Why the wrong carpet was shipped twice, was never resolved.. i have order serval other carpets, and have been very pleased. Disappointed I wasn’t able to get the braided rug I ordered.

Braided rug oval 8x10

Love the colors in this braided rug, however it is made very light weight and flimsy. It is under our kitchen/nook table. Looks beautiful with the hard wood floor. The edges has a tendency of bubbling, sliding and moves when you walk on it or move a chair. One has to be careful. I think I will try a rug pad to help it stay in place. I will recommend this rug for how beautiful it is, but not sure for the filmsy material it is made out of. Our last rug lasted for many years (20 years+) I’m sure this one will not last as long. Please start making these rugs in a different kind of material. Something that is heavier and more durable. People would be more satisfied. Thank you.
