Sheds and defective

Arrived today. Vacuumed it at least five times and continues to shed. Gave up. Arrived with gap in the weaving. Customer service was helpful.

Beautiful & Quality Rug

The quality is wonderful. The colors are as shown. The rug did shed for several months and required more vacuuming than usual but it was worth the work.

Bought the 8 X 10, then the 5 X 7 and then the 2 X 3. Very satisfied with all 3. I would buy all three of these rugs again. No problem.

Well-Made, Durable, and Beautiful

I've had this rug for four years, and I am impressed with the quality. Even after several cleanings it still looks great. The modern design and hand craftsmanship are an unbeatable combination, and the design versatility makes it easy to coordinate with in many rooms. We originally had it in our living room and recently moved to our dining room, where it looks equally impressive. Highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful high quality rug. I really loved the look of it, but unfortunately I had to return it. The rug had a stronger smell than usual and my family just wasn't patient enough to wait for it to air out for a while. We've just gone through a major home renovation and I guess everyone is just a little more sensitive to stronger odors because we've had to deal with so many different construction odors over the last few months.

It doesn't look like the photo but is still nice enough.. about 1/8 thin in the grooves between the squares and about 1/4 inch thick in the square areas. I will keep it b/c it does not have looped weaving that is bad if you have animals that scratch on rugs. Cost is too high for the thinness of the rug. It is really rolled on the edges but we're working on flattening it out.

We have this rug in our main living area. We have three dogs and two cats who also enjoy the rug. One elderly pet has occasional accidents and the rug cleans up perfectly. Would highly recommend for the quality and beauty are excellent.

More beautiful than pictured.

Very pleased with this rug. The pile is a little plusher than pictured which was a nice surprise.

NOT GREY!!!

This is the second rug I've purchased from Overstock.com. It, like the other 'grey' rug I bought, is GREEN. There is not a hint of grey in this rug. Don't buy it. I cannot even return it because the packaging was discarded. A big, green waste of money.

Very Nice

The carpet came quickly and looked almost exactly as it was shown. There is very, very little shedding and vacuum's nicely.

beware of color description

A word of warning: rug is described as "charcoal". I thought charcoal was gray. No, this rug is brown, brown, brown. But it's a beautiful rug and would go anywhere requiriing "earth tones." I'm keeping it....just not what I expected.
