The item was supposed to be delivered between May 24-28. I didn’t receive any shipping confirmation so on 5/24 I messaged the seller. He replied that the item was delivered and then I immediately received the shipping and delivery Email. I didn’t hear from the recipient (this was a gift) so two days later I reached out to them. The order was delivered but without the gift message so the recipient had no idea who the mugs were from. I have five stars for the item quality because the recipient said they are awesome.
