I have reviews of people complaining about this decanter. To those who paid as little as they are asking complaining about fussy about it, I advise them to open the wallet purchase a Wine Decanter – Crystal for hundreds of dollars. The cost of this is equal to or less than most dollar stores and I assure you most of your companies who visit will not know the difference between this and an expensive crystal decanter.

The cap is the biggest problem

I am not the only one who has this issue. The cap is almost impossible to put on and take off. It's extremely tight.

This item is a great value for the price, it upgrades any area.

I am very pleased with this purchase and will purchase another one as a gift.

This bottle only looks .......

This bottle is all looks. It only looks good but I can't use it for 2 reasons. First of all the cap is almost impossible to put on and take off. It's extremely tight. It's a struggle dealing with it. Very hard on the hands. Second, the bottle is way too tall to use for anything that needs refrigerated, like wine or juice. It doesn't fit in the refrigerator unless you adjust a shelf. But this narrows the other shelf too much. I only drink wine and juice and it has to be kept cold. The bottle is 3 inches too tall. I tried to get a hold of customer service but that's a whole other problem that I had. So now I have this beautiful bottle that I can't use. Please tell me how I can return it for a refund, thank you, David.
