Beautiful rug, I actually got it in two different sizes I liked the color and design so much. Major problem though the fibers never stop coming off. I thought if I vacuumed it enough it would stop. It hasn’t. Wish I would have returned as soon as I noticed the shedding because now I am out of the return window and will need to replace both rugs. I find the fibers piled up everywhere in my house because they stick to the bottom of your socks, clothes, and shoes. Very disappointing

In love! Ive been admiring this rig for a long time. I bought other rugs that were less expensive but I shouldve just purchased this one from the beginning. It is fantastic! I have a rug pad under mine that Id had for my previous rug. It is great quality.

This rug is phenomenal. I purchased the Charcoal color in 7'9" x 9'9" for my home office. Obviously, I measured the intended area before purchasing; the rug fits the office perfectly. Because this is intended to have an office chair rolling over it, I did not purchase a rug pad with it. If you need to have a door or doors clear the height of the rug, make sure to measure this ahead of time. For example, my office doors would not clear the height of this rug if I needed them to, but I intended to place the rug further away from the doors so this was not an issue for me.

The picture of this rug shows an ivory beige solid looking base with charcoal diamond shape. The rug I received is a mix of brown and tan with back and brown diamonds. The texture is very coarse and scratchy. Customer service is terrible. Wants me to pay 83 to ship this rug back when the color does not match the picture at all. I have been buying from Wayfair for years and recommending. I will not be anymore.

Very happy with these runners for the price. They do shed a lot, but hoping that will go away soon. The color is a darker beige and dark grey, so they will not show dirt. They feel more jute like than wool, but are still soft. A couple snags need to be cut but a great price.

I originally bought the Julia x Loloi Francis wool rug for my sunroom. It just didn't work out. I now have the carpet in my main entryway and it looks fabulous! The colors in the carpet match perfectly with the grey green paint on the walls. I love it.

So pretty and my dog approves. Comfortable but not too soft underfoot and a good thickness. The color contrast is perfect. Muted and not too obvious black white pattern. We might get the larger size for our master bedroom.

The rug came with a hole in it. Rugs Direct has been non responsive although I bought the insurance on the rug that will repair the hole. The rug also pulls very easily. Unfortunately, I do not think this rug will last in our home (2 adults only) more than 1-2 years based merely on appearance with the pulls, etc.

This is perhaps my third Chris loves Julia rug and I’ve never been satisfied. The quality is always compromised. I was just able to move furniture and lay this rug last week. Since that time, my vacuum has been filled with lint on a continual basis and lint is all over my floor. I probably vacuum it four times a day to minimize the shedding. In addition, it has discoloration in the weave in several spots that make it appear that it doesn’t lay flat against the floor. I’ve had this rug for several months and just now getting to a point where I could move the furniture and lay it out. I so wish I had done it sooner, I would definitely be returning this rug! It is not worth the money.

Love it! Item is exactly as pictured. Packaged very well. No rips or defects. I added a 14” felt rug pad and it feels great. The design and subtle colors are just the right amount of bold for styling my living room decor.

Stunning!! Nice and thick. Looks great in our entryway. Now if I could just get my cat to stop scratching it and pulling the threads out!

I've had these for a while now and I like the look of them. I want to love them but when I say they shed, they SHED! I'm always sweeping up the fuzzies or vacuuming them. So while they're nice to look at, I won't be holding onto them for too much longer.

Beautiful rug! Not sure what the complaints of shedding are.. it's 100 wool, it's a natural fiber. Bought it for sons first apt at dental school . Just made the look I was going for perfect finishing touch ! Very nice feel under your feet , durable, soft . Amazing price for such a designer look . Classic diamond pattern, the imperfections make it look more high end instead of mass produced synthetic ones.

Perfect fit for my modern office! It’s a good mix of gray and dark enough to look black on some of the diamonds. It complements my white (SW Alabaster and SW Iron Ore) paint.
