Nice rug but after a year, I’m seeing that the little hairs really clog my robot vac. I would not recommend if you have a robot vac. I wasn’t aware that the little hairs shed that much ☹️

I never review my purchases but I had to for this rug. I got the blue in 8x10 and it is just gorgeous. It unrolled and flattened out easily and I haven't noticed any shedding so far. It's low profile and the fibers don't drag when you walk on it. I love it.

The MEIR, HANDMADE COWHIDE AREA rug( black) is Nice. It's a decent size not to big or small perfect for a door entrance or a coffee table. It will make your space look really high end. It's really nice texture and style. The quality is great, the design is nice. I really appreciate the packaging is amazing. It feels soft and durable not cheap. Gives my place a nice cozy feeling. Love this cowhide rug. The color is exactly what I wanted and the quality is top notch. I like the herringbone pattern and for the price, I’m very happy with this rug. It looks gorgeous in my space!

The rug is a great size, cool design, and seems easy enough to maintain, overall a good value. However, the texture of it on bare feet is absolutely cringe worthy and I feel like I'm going to slip on it every time.

I absolutely love this rug it’s a beautiful rug and it is so soft very comfortable I like walking on it with bare feet it’s also a very affordable price I also have vacuumed it quite a few times and it didn’t come apart or anything I definitely would recommend this rug to anyone

this rug looks so good in my entryway. I have hardwood floors and it does slide around a lot hence it’s under a table because my cats push it all over so if you have pets that’s something to know, but it cleans easily it vacuums really nice and I’m probably gonna get a bigger one. 

This rug is stunning. It’s clearly high quality and made to last. The variety of textures and shades of blue work together flawlessly. I love how it looks completely different depending on the lighting. Stands us well to vacuuming and spot cleaning also. I live it. Takes a day or two to settle after initially unrolling it and you will need a rug mat under it to prevent slippage but those are both typical of most rugs. 10/10 from me.

I would give it five stars if the rug had been stitched better. There are a few gaps in between each part of the hide in the pattern and it looks like it was done haphazardly. It’s not very comfortable on barefoot and it’s pretty expensive for the size.

This is a nice thick heavy duty rug. It is very sort. Almost like cow skin fur. Maintenance looks pretty easy. The value is great. I really like this rug. It's very pretty.

I have never seen or felt a more luxurious area rug in my life! Completely in awe by this rug!! Every detail is just simply perfection! It looks and feels amazing and even feels like a crime to use it as a rug!

This is a cute area rug. It's really soft and has like a velvet feel to it which i love. The rug is thin but not paper thin. Easy to clean. I really like it especially the different color blues in it. I'm going to look and see if I can get a bigger rug to match it for my living room.

An attractive accent piece. The hyde gives it a distinctive look and is modern in appearance. Not very thick and durability is yet to be tested. It fits well in front of a fireplace.

I absolutely love my Meir cowhide area rug! Looks awesome, seems high quality. We haven’t used it yet so can’t make any long term comments. But we are very happy with the look and quality and look forward to using it in our new home.

The packing was a bit much, and it took about 30 minutes to unwrap, but I understand that it was to protect from the elements as well as theft. My feet hit the softness as soon as I put it on the floor, I am sold on this product 100%! It's so comfortable against my bare feet when I get up!

I’m super excited to have finally received my rug. It’s honestly way nicer than I expected it to be and the picture didn’t do it any justice! Definitely feels and looks like a cowhide rug. Highly recommend getting one for any area of your home. We’re using it in our bedroom and it looks great!

I absolutely love the unique design of this cowhide rug, I’ve never seen one like it before. It’s absolutely beautiful in person and has a nice variety of hides, which compliments cool and warm tones equally well. The craftsmanship is nice, and although there are some irregularities in the stitching, I think this speaks to the handmade aspect. The rug I received measures 3’ 1.5” x 5’ 1”, so I would keep in mind that the measurements may not be exact if you are purchasing for a tight space. The cowhides are not necessarily soft and furry, as some may expect, but more of a short-haired, wiry texture. A few of the pieces do appear a bit thin, dirty, or had small stains. I’m not sure if these were from the cowhides themselves, or happened during the rug-making process. Either way, I found this to be a little disappointing for such an expensive rug. These are minor issues in the grand scheme of it all, but ones I found worth mentioning if you’re looking to purchase this. Overall, this is an absolutely gorgeous rug and I am very happy with it!

Good quality rug, I don’t know too much about them but I can tell a lot of dedication was put into the build of this. Probably not the best color if you’re a messy person or have a lot of liabilities for making a mess as I do, and this particular rug seems like it would wear down pretty quickly or definitely over time so be careful.

I love the size, quality and chevron detail of this cow hide. It resembles rugs that cost significantly more at a reasonable price.
