This is a beautiful rug and matches my other gray area rugs in our new house. It is thick, I do you use Wayfair’s rug pad under to protect the rug and floor. The rug pads from Wayfair are very nice. They are felt on one side and a rubber on the other. I have bought rug pads from other rug stores and these from wayfair are just as nice if not better. I always use a rug pad under my area rugs. I have been very happy with our rugs we bought from Wayfair and would buy from them again.

Yikes! I wanted the 9x14 and ordered a few different rugs in 2x3 to see them in the space and vacuum them a few times before committing to the price and difficulty to return. So glad I did. Because after vacuuming 3 times strings were pulling and it didn’t look good. We’re an active family and a dog and can’t imagine a year later!

Bought this rig for my master bedroom and it fit perfect. Great texture but could be a little thicker. Color has a subtle army green/grey to it which is exactly what I wanted.

Love the rug but the color is more greenish - thinking about returning it. I read reviews and most said it was beige/gray which would have worked but not the green. Please be more accurate on colors - call it green not gray, please.

Very nice rug. The picture was pretty right on. It didn’t shed much but I wasn’t too concerned about that. It is a nice thickness and same with the backing. It has a little shine to it and it’s soft so nice for sure!

I had a problem with color initially but decided to keep the rug. It soft on feet, good quality for the price, with almost solid color which I wanted. I see more beige than gray in it but still works for us. Highly recommend it.

This item was on sale, so maybe that's related to this issue -- maybe it sat around a warehouse too long before it got sold. . The rug itself is beautiful, and is intrinsically of excellent quality. It appears to have been very well made, and since it is 100% wool, I expect it to last a long time. . But apparently the rug was rolled up tight for so long that it won't lay flat. It is full of lumps and wrinkles that run from side to side. In a ten foot long runner, that's an issue, and could actually be a safety problem for some people. Plus the uneven surface mars the beauty of the rug. I hung it up for several days, but that seems to have done nothing to help it flatten out. The next step will be to iron it. I hope that works, because otherwise it is a beautiful rug. I love the color, the texture, and the quality of the craftsmanship.
