I love this rub-beware that it isn't a flat weave

The colors of the rug are perfect. It wasn't until it was delivered to my home that I realized that this rug has a high, looped part that is the amazing colors and an almost burlap background. Because my house is farmhouse chic, the style fits perfectly and the loops are a good catch-all at the front door. I would give it a five rating, if the description on the website was a better explanation of what to expect.

Area rug color is not accurate to the online picture

There needs to be careful consideration of Rugs Direct terms of return before ordering from this company. Their disclaimer on returns are crafted to let them off the hook from any responsibility should you have with an issue regarding the coloring of your new area rug. They say that the discrepancy in the color of the rug that you just received, is caused by your computer monitor not accurately depicting their online sample. Nothing could be further from the truth.
