Fantastic rug!!

They sent me the wrong product and would not replace or refund it. I've been bumped around to over ten customer service reps and no one can seem to tell me what the item is that I was sent, so at least I could be able to sell it. It seems to not exist on the website. I don't know what happened to the quality of customer service lately , Wayfair used to be great at that. now I'm left with a piece of junk that I can't even sell and I'm $350 out of pocket. Pretty terrible outcome.

This is a very nice runner. If the colors were as vivid as the website shows I would give it 5 stars. However it is not even close.

Great rug. Does move on wood floors, but I just haven't bought it a nonslip. Recommend.

It’s pretty but not what I expected. When I moved in, my walls were almost a light pink but the paint has been washed out by my white couch. I purposely bought a rug with pinks and reds to try to bring those pink tones out in my paint. The rug has some pink areas but is almost all tan and blue. Luckily, Wayfair refunded me a portion of it. But if you’re looking for a pink rug, this isn’t it!

Love the unique pattern, however it is not as dark in person as it is pictured. It’s more of a pink than red. The braided weave is beautiful but it isn’t high quality. I’ve had it for less than a year and it’s already falling apart. I live by myself and there isn’t much foot traffic over it so it shouldn’t be falling apart so easily. The tassels are flimsy and won’t stay put, I’m constantly having to straighten them out. Great look, not so great purchase.

Beautiful! The colors offer the perfect balance of blending into and accentuation the space, and the weaving is softer than I anticipated.

Very cute but it is so bumpy and nothing I’ve done has helped. Even steaming, using rug tape, or weighting it down. It sticks up all over the place.

Rug is not as vibrant color as the stock photos. This is more of a soft jute rug. I added a rug pad underneath. Would be hard to vacuum without some corner rug adhesive grippers. I like that it is unique.

I canceled the order 1 minute after I ordered, as I realized I ordered the wrong size, and they sent it anyways. Now I have to bother with returning the rug, which is unopened. This is a reflection on WayFair, not the rug itself.

Great Rug!

Don’t like this at all. Wayfair picture makes it look like it’s terra cotta colors. It’s more salmon pink. Does not go with my decor. However return cost is $67….that’s crazy, considering I just spent over $3000 at wayfair

This rug is horrible. It's a corded, rough material that feels like you're stepping on pebbles. It sheds these strange fluffy white strings that end up clinging to everything. It slips and slides everywhere, even with pad underneath. It's not even as light or pretty as it is in the photo. Would not recommend.

Attractive Rug

This is a loosely woven rug that would not be suitable for high traffic area. I have it under a tall table for its appearance. Not the easiest to clean/vacuum.

Seems to fray and possibly unravel. The frayed parts are white so it really stands out. Also this jute has a lot of give and buckles even with a thick pad.
