Rug showed up in a wonky size with one end being much wider than the other. It's also a lot more yellow in person than the beige/ivory color it appeared to be online. I reached out to All Modern (owned by Wayfair) about this and they said if I want to return it I have to pay return shipping, despite the item that was delivered to me looking nothing like what is advertised. I'd stay far away from this one! Awful product, awful "customer support."

Caused a bug infestation in my home. Wayfair customer service has been a nightmare to deal with & refuses to pay for damages and other times completely ignores my emails. Refuses to transfer me to the legal department. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

I adore this rug! It adds such a great texture to my room and it’s so comfortable underfoot. I kept this rug rolled up for about a month while I decided where was the perfect place for it and when I unrolled it, it laid perfectly flat. I haven’t had any issues with staining, shedding, or snags.

Super soft and love the color! Size is a bit wonky on the sides but it may just need a little stretching to get even. Definitely worth it!

Either the quality has gone way downhill (compared to prior reviews), or we got a factory dud. Not at all like the pictures - more yellow than cream, with a gray backing that is 100% visible due to the remarkably barren weave. 1-star because a) its soft, 2) zero isn't an option, and d) my wife and I can't stop laughing about how awful this looks compared to the product page. Stay far far away, will be returning immediately.
