This rug is absolutely amazing!! The color is beautiful and it is so soft. It has a great quality.

Bad Service Return

Not a good experience. 1st received wrong wrong. So needed to return. Called and intially seemed ok, but following 3 days and no correspondence from them I reached out again only to find the information provided was incomplete. They needed pics to cerify what they gave me was wrong. Which in itaelf is a hassle. Get thrru that process then told within 72 hours claim will be reviewed and next steps to be communicated to. Well 2 days later Fedex shows up to pick up something. I have yet to get any communication so I call again. To find they send email without a call and had deex scheduled to just come out withou confirming with me so I could prepare and know what i needed to do. Well to shorten the story i got the email again after calling, received the shipping return lable and I needed to call fed ex to arrangw a time that would work. And to find out adfer opening inwas required to tewrap and prep for ahipping and would be reaponsible for damage to rug. 1st responsible for a wrong rug, 2nd packaging for a rug not sure everyone has readily available, and return makes one feel as though some wrong with returning item. Not hassle free, buyer beware.

Great rug

This is a nice quality rug at a good price. The fibers are very soft. This rug is a perfect size, 9x13 in master bedroom under king bed.

Plush, dark grey stripes

The soft grey stripes were more pronounced against the white than expected. Nice and plush overall.

Picture Does Not Represent the Color

The rug is much lighter than shown in the picture. I saw it before I ordered it and it a very pretty light gray green color.

Totally Satisfied

It was really difficult to find a rug in the the color and style I wanted, at a price I could afford that was of high quality. I looked in store after store and found nothing that was even close. This rug is gorgeous and looks better than the picture. It's exactly what I wanted and I paid well under what I expected I'd have to pay. My husband discouraged me from purchasing a rug online and I was concerned, but so glad I did!

It can be difficult to determine the color and texture of a product without seeing it in person. In this case the color was accurate, a soft silver hue that is non-intrusive and easy on the eye. I caught a sale and paid half the price. The rug is lovely, soft and works well over a much larger jute rug in my living room. It has only been a few weeks but so far I am satisfied.
