It is a beautiful set, but arrived with damage, and missing 1/4 or my order. After calling multiple times emailing multiple times I finally got someone who could help me. But then when my new items arrived to replace the damage and missing ones, my order is still incomplete and now I’m being told it will be 8 to 12 weeks before my complete set is delivered… So much for having summer patio furniture.

Updated review of repaired table on July 25th 2024

On July 31st I emailed the Hanover customer service team. I reported that the table was poorly cast and repairs were made. They got back to me very quickly and said my case would be looked into. Not long after, I received another email stating that the would be sending me a new table. I received the new table today, and was delighted. The new table looks great, it is flawless. I also would like the thank the Hanover customer service team for their excellent service!

Worst Delivery

Ordered was left in driveway this morning. There are three boxes containing a tabletop (not sure it the rest of table is in box, three chairs and cushions. The order is missing three chairs and cushions. The delivery people texted me after they left. I don't know if I would recommend to a friend. Boxes were not delivered to where I need them, and I can't move them. Boxes have not been opened.

I enjoy having the new set. It was fairly easy to assemble. The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. The table is also sturdy. The issue I have with this set is that the table had damage when it was cast and there was a lot of repair work done to fix the table. The table has bumps and scratches on its top and repair welding on the underside. I would not recommend this set to anyone looking to buy one. The quality is not there.

Good but I had picked Blue cushions with blue umbrella, but somehow it converted to Tan cushions.

I was disappointed that the 6 chairs do not fit around the table. Someone would have to have the bar from the table at their legs and feet. The material of the table is great along with the seat cushions. Would buy a different table if buying agsin.

Good set, rather time consuming (2 days for an old man), but well worth the price and effort that it took to put together!

Furniture is very lightweight and scratches extremely easily. We bought the end of the season and it's already embarrassingly scraped up. We hardly touched it. The high, sling backed chairs that match this set blow over in the slightest wind. So frustrating to have spent this much on our finished patio and end up with crappy furniture that we thought would add the perfect finishing touch.

Nice quality patio furniture. With 6 chairs, lets me put 4 around the table and 2 at the other end of the patio with a small matching style rectangular table. Nice that cushions came with it and the 60" round table is the perfect size. A good purchase and would not hesitate to make the same purchase again.

Beautiful set but the cushions are too short and slide back and leaves the front without any padding. Chairs pop and crack as you try rocking.

Love this set! Great swivel chairs and they also rock. Very comfy and well made. I needed a table for six and this one fit the bill. Quality furniture!

This was an ABSOLUTE WASTE of money. Within a few days all the chairs started making unbearable noises if you tried to rock. It is such poor quality. Beyond disappointed.

Love This Set!

Purchased my set early spring and delivered promptly. Individual who put my set together recently stated that all items were packed so well it took awhile to unpack everything. Table, chairs, umbrella & stand all solid and appear very durable. Beautiful set! Looking for a cover for the set that will withstand winter weather and thought I saw alternate seat cushions that might be waterproof on website? Could not find info. Thanks.

Good quality, easy to assemble. No home delivery, but Lowes made it easy to get home by renting a pickup for 90 minutes. So far very happy with the product.

I had been looking for a set that seated 6. So glad that Overstock had one. It was the style I had searched for & I think it's beautiful... especially nestled under the gazebo...
