Nice patio set

Very nice patio set! The table is substrate and the chairs as well.Cushions are thick and comfortable.The table has little copper to it for the vintage look.

Paint peeling after 15 months

After only 15 months, the paint is peeling off the chairs. The chairs were store in a shed over the winter and are situated in dappled shade to protect against direct sunlight. Poor quality.

Lighter metal than expected

For the price point I expected the table and chairs to be heavier. It was very disappointing. Also, one of the screw holes for the table was stripped out.

Items well made and table easy to assemble. Was an issue with one chair and with several communications with Hanover the chair is being replaced, currently waiting delivery. Their customer service has been very responsive.

Table is sturdy but chairs aren’t. Cheap quality

Wonderful set! I would highly recommend. Heavy enough to withstand our strong winds, but light enough to easily move around the pool area. Very easy to assemble! My children, 10 & 13 yrs old, helped me assemble the chairs, assembly line style in about 45 min, while my husband put the table together. Within an hour of the boxes being delivered, we had new seating by the pool. Fast forward 2 wks, we had a pool party over the weekend and fully enjoyed the comfort of the swiveling, reclining chairs. And the table is spacious enough for 8 people to spread towels and bags across. This was a great purchase! I would definitely recommend this set to others.

Heavy and beautiful

Very sturdy and heavy set. This table is absolutely beautiful. I searched for 2 years to find this table as we live in a windy area. 3 storms and it hasn't moved. The details on this table are beautiful also.

Nice, but.

I love the table, chairs and cushions. No assembly needed for chairs as they are one piece. The table however needed the legs to be attached. The instructions were in very small print and blotched so it was difficult to see the order in which things needed to be attached. Took my handy husband and 17 y/o grandson over an hour to complete. Instructions need to be improved. Now that it is assembled we are enjoying the set and the cushions are very comfortable.

The only problem with this is that it got a white film over it after being left out in the sun for three years and I think I’m going to have to paint it. Moving forward we will be covering all of our furniture so that this does not continue to happen

Cushions more brown than tan. Overall nice set.

Overall nice quality, and relatively easy to assemble. Fitting all 8 chairs around the table is a bit tight, we opted to just have 6 chairs around the table and pull the additional 2 chairs in when needed. Also the stock photo showed the cushions as a light tan, they are definitely more brown than tan, in my opinion.

2 sets of screw missing!!!!!

How can the manufacturer’s missed including 2 sets of screw for table and chairs, no washer too. We had to improvise by buying temporary screws just to assemble the table and chairs because the party is Saturday. We got black screws and we ordered brown. We also took some screws from the smaller table set we ordered to assemble both and have something’s to use for the party. You need a better quality assurance team!!!!!
