Missing package of bolts/nuts on one chair
Does Hanover check their boxes prior to shipping? I think not. Make sure to check your boxes prior to closing them for shipment. My husband took the time to put together the table, and one chair. Then realized that the other package of bolts and nuts was not in the package. This is a lesson tor check that you have everything to put the items together. That way if things are missing, you can return the entire box, and find another company's patio set who has better quality control.
There was a dent and missing paint from the back lower area on the inside back of one of the chairs 😬I painted over it with a sharpie to make it show less
Pleased with our purchase. The chairs are very comfortable and the table is adequate. Would have preferred a back cushion over the lumbar, but I found something I like to compliment.

Perfect size for small areas
This set came in 2 boxes and as a recent widow at 80 , I decided to put it together in my living room, at my own pace! The parts were all there and there were a couple of tiny scratches that were easily covered with the included minute bottle of paint/stain before putting together. The instructions were very clear and as I was not pressured to. complete immediately, I took my time. I believe it could probably be put together in a couple of hours or so by someone younger. Main thing it stressed was don't tighten the screws until all in each step are in, then tighten them each a little until equal. I love the colors and the thick comfortable cushions, but especially the gentle rocking motion of the chairs. The set gives me the perfect place to drink my morning coffee, read my books, or have a meal on my patio. 👍👍 Less
They are beautiful.
Nice weight and love the rock/swivel feature. Chairs are comfortable and heavy enough they won't blow over. My boys said they were easy to assemble. I love the blue color of the cushions. The only thing I'm a little disappointed with is the metal backing where it is a little sharp.
