Good solid desk

The desk is very good. Solid and well finished. Relatively easy to assemble. One small dent where the packing wasn’t done right but I can live with it. The delivery process was not satisfactory. The two heavy boxes were left in the middle of the driveway. The delivery person didn’t bother to ring the doorbell or call. Or to leave the packets near the garage door or front door. Very unprofessional.

Perfect addition to Home Office!

I bought 3 of these book shelves as a new update to my home office, along with the desk and a file cabinet. It was easy to put together and my office looks great. I'd highly recommend these Bush Furniture pieces.

I bought a desk with no customer support for issue

I actually have no idea how this desk is. I received it almost a month ago with damaged panels from shipping. The Text service desk has three time "processed a claim that someone will reach out to me in 1-7 days" No one has contacted me. So I call the 1-800 number, I sit on hold for 8 minutes and when it picks up its just an open line. So I would not buy from Office depot again. If you need help they are non-existent. I guess I get to pay full price for a damaged desk............Signed displeased customer..........Maybe now someone will fix this.

Damaged

The top was damaged found the damaged spot after 3/4 of the desk was together. Couldn’t send a new part only option was to take all of it apart and send back to return. Very disappointed and upset

Scuffed/damaged doors.

Love the desk, but two of the door's edges were scuffed/damaged. Other than that, I am happy with the desk. I would have given it a 5, if it weren't for the scuffs/damaged area. I'm trying to post photos, but my phone keeps saying that I denied permission, but it's allowed. I will continue to try to include my photos.

Great buy!

I like the desk and style. It fits perfectly in my home office. It's white and some of the wood appears a little warn along with some of the holes underneath the desk where the keyboard tray goes was off; however, a handyman was able to adjust, but the keyboard tray doesn't move as freely as it could have, had the position of the holes drilled was correctly placed. Other than that, the desk is nice, spacious and compliments my black, white and silver color scheme nicely.

Missing Parts, Was Told It

Missing parts, was told it was back ordered so it would be 1-2 weeks, have not heard anything since. I will reach out but I should not have to chase down something that I was shorted.

Cheaply Made & Doesn't Last This is the worst desk I've ever had. I've had it for a literally a month and the front of the bottom drawer already fell off. The desk itself is cheap and will scratch and mark up very quickly. The left door area is pretty useless because it's not wide enough to put anything in.
