The Metropol faucet is a good looking faucet that functions quite well. Installation was simple, owing to the single hole and the mounting ring. The ring threads onto the body of the faucet until hand tight. There are two phillips head screws that you then turn to tighten the entire assembly. It works fast and well.

We are updating our bathroom an I wanted a faucet that was single handle and a high spout as I am tall and the bathroom base cabinets and sink are not.We have selected the Hansgrohe Metropol Classic 1-Handle 1-Hole 8-inch Tall Bathroom Sink Faucet with Drain Assembly Set in Chrome to replace a wide set gaudy chrome and brass colored squatty fixture. Unfortunately I misjudged the new product, thinking it would come with faucet handle caps to go where the old handles would be removed from. Unfortunately the caps are not included and I have ordered two fitted caps as this option is certainly less expensive than replacing the sink we already have. The unit is very solid and made of high quality material with stainless steel braided hose outlets and a very tall and sleek riser. As soon as the caps come in I will be swapping out the faucets. It will be so nice not to have to fold in half just to wash my hands.

This Hansgrohe Metropol Classic faucet like most Hansgrohe products is a stylish, modern design. They are known for durable high-quality products. When you first pick up this chrome finish, solid brass faucet, you can tell just by the weight that it is well built. It is a single-hole faucet, but it can be installed over an existing three-hole counter by using an adapter cover. My installation was over an existing three-hole counter. The mounting hardware makes the installation much easier as it uses two set screws to tighten down the main body instead of a threaded nut which is always in an awkward place to tighten. The provided connection hoses, which are 18 inches long, were a little short to reach my shut-off water valves so I had to purchase two hose extensions. 24 inch hoses would have been much better. The lever handle works very smoothly and with precision. Overall, I am very satisfied with this German engineered faucet and recommend it as a good buy.

This faucet in particular stands out as a shining example of craftsmanship and beauty. Its shape makes it easy to clean. Its design makes it easy to install and operate. This is a beautiful and modern looking sink faucet. Very easy and fast to install. You just have to screw in the faucet and attach the drainage . It takes about 5-10 minutes to do everything. Just make sure you have a one hole sink and that it is a flat countertop. The good thing about this faucet is that it has a metal pipe instead of PVC which makes it way more durable. Love how it looks.
