we bought two to make a pick nick table together. first one i followed directions exactly, took a while, second one was a snap. their good solid benches and lifetime products are wear great. they look awesome and will work perfect for what we wanted. thanks lifetime

Very sturdy and really easy to assemble by myself. Looks great in the garden and used constantly.

I find these benches quite ingenious! I just removed some built in wooden benches that had weathered poorly. We are in the process of revamping our old deck.

Clever design for seating and eating

Bought two of these benches because of the excellent design feature that allows them to be used in tandem as a pub style table that could comfortably seat six (2 on each side and one at each end, though that would require extra stools. They are sturdy and assembly, while a bit fiddly in places, wasn't too hard. My only negative comment would be that, used as individual garden benches, they are quite deep (to allow for the hinged table top) ...though where we have placed them that doesn't matter. They look well made, and hopefully the plastic (even though it looks quite wood-like) seat and back/tabletop lives up to the 'Lifetime' name!

I saw this product and immediately knew it was what I was looking for. You need two people to put it together; there are a couple of screws that are complicated to work with.

Great pieces. I got two of them that can convert back to back to make a full picnic table!

The price was a little higher than other sites, but Walmart had the color I was looking for.

These benches are very easy to assemble and very sturdy. ( I now have 6 of them all over my yard including my picnic table!) I’m very happy with the updates as a couple of the original ones needed a bit of care after being out in the weather and still looking good after over 5 years of use! Thank you for such a great product!

We purchased these (6 of them) for a communal space and when they convert to the 1/2 picnic table, they can push 2 of them together for a full one and fold it back up for space saving. Perfect for that tight space.

Lifetime bench

Great bench… bought ourselves one years ago and just bought 2 more for gifts!!

The two are our best investment for around our pool. Would highly recommend.

Excellent bench: converts easily to picnic table!

We love the finished product. Assembly was a bit challenging and a couple of suggestions for Lifetime are given later. I also used a screwdriver to loosen the extremely stiff cotter key by inserting and twisting the screwdriver into the end of the cotter key. The rubber mallet then was used to snap the key into the hole by holding the bar on a cement step with my foot and pounding a quick snap of the mallet to the cotter key loop. Perhaps a lighter weight cotter key would have been a better choice by Lifetime.

Love this bench

Received in good condition, all parts were there. Not too hard to put together. Love being able to convert it from a bench to a table, like to use the table when working on my puzzle books.

This is the second bench we ordered from Wayfair. The quality has been great with the first bench. We will put these two together for a picnic table or use them individually for seating or eating or??? We like the possibilities.
