It was very difficult to put together and the instructions were incorrect– the pieces weren't labeled correctly, and the screw plugs are to small to fill the holes. But for the quality in appearance of the chairs and for the price, they are good.
We just opened the box. They are really nice chairs. Well packaged. Exactly as pictured. The “leather” is nice and soft and great quality. Easy to follow instructions UNTIL you get the the very last step. The 90 degree bracket things that come with the chair do NOT line up with the piece of the chair where they need to be screwed on to. It’s such a dream breaker. My husband and I are going to try and figure it out so we can make it work. BUT if you don’t want to figure this out don’t buy. That’s the truth. I give it two stars but only because I really like the material they are made of.
Dining chairs
Chair looks good …. But did NOT go together very well. It was very frustrating!!! The seat was not planned out well with the “L” brackets provided!!! Had to to go buy “L” brackets to make it work. Would not probably buy again.
Bad service.
We received 7 chairs that were good and one that was broken. After putting them together we came to the last broken chair. We asked for help with the order and we’re told we had to disassemble and return the full two-pack. We sent it a month ago. Fed Ex shows it was delivered. However, Walmart.com still shows they haven’t received the chairs so therefore we haven’t received our replacements. No one has responded to several requests for help. Then the help email said it was no longer monitored. Warning anyone about trusting this service. I’m now worried I will not have a complete set and have no recourse.

I bought two boxes containing two chairs, but one chair is broken and needs to be exchanged.
Returning
Love the way these chairs look, but they are extremely uncomfortable. The chair back hits too low on your back, and they are too narrow for an average size man. Also, the finish on one of the chairs was poor, with a very uneven spot on one leg, and a stain run on the other.
Beautiful and sturdy
Very sleek look and sturdy to sit in. I love the mid Centry look it brings to my dining room table.
