I did not get the color that I asked for. Have reached out to the manufacturer because I feel it was a shady move to just send me whatever they had instead of communicating that they ran out of the color I ordered just hoping I’d keep it shut up (ordered shell received gray). Otherwise, very excited to use this chair…

Love this glider but it arrived with a huge black stain on the footrest. Reached out to the manufacturer who refused to replace it and instead offered a changing mat (!) as consolation. We spent hundreds of dollars on this to get one that was damaged and that’s how the problem was “sorted”. Incredibly disappointed.

Best Nursery Purchase!

Honestly, we have been SO impressed with this chair! We spent 1/4 of the money on this chair, compared to other high end nursery recliners on the market. It was a great purchase and have had zero issues in 1.5 years of use!

Great recliner!

The chair is comfortable and the features work great.Shipping was fast and it didn’t take long to assemble.I’m excited to use this in my nursery. The only reason Igot rid of a star is because I feel like there could be moreHead/neck support. My husband and I are on the taller sideSo when we sit straight up in the chair there’s no cushion for the neckI ended up buying a recliner pillow elsewhere and it works great!

Got this item while on sale and very pleased

The chair functions as it should. Rocks. Glides. Reclines. The reclining feature is combined, meaning you cannot raise *just* the legs. It reclines simultaneously with the leg feature rising.

Great chair, poor service

Chair is great and very comfortable. Unfortunately it arrived with two large stains on it. I was given two options, return the chair (baby due any day, so not an option...as well it was sold out), or take a $5 voucher. Hopefully the stains will come out with the the stain remover I will buy with my $5. Poor service.

Great quality for the price. Chair doesn’t squeak while rocking, and electronic parts function well. Note that it does not rock when it’s inclined

Great for nursery

Great option for nursery at best price compared to baby stores. There’s this squeak I hear when rocking though that I can’t seem to fix - very subtle but I can’t unhear it

The chair was in excellent condition when we got it. Not too big for the nursery but very comfortable.

It was a weird thing to put together never did feel really sturdy. And the worst part is it was the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. But I have a bad back so that could have something to do with it. But I just bought a La-Z-Boy and it's wonderful Thank you

Normally do not write reviews on many products but as expecting parent and knowing the price of gliders, I had to do it for others considering this chair1) This came on time and was simple to assemble.2) Extremely affordable and as comfortable as something you can purchase at west coast kids for $2000 plus and not motorized3) Great neutral tone which would go with most rooms designs/colours.I would highly recommend buying this to all my friends and family!

Extremely disappointed!

I bought this because other twin moms had highly suggested this type of power rocker I was having twin boys and needed something like this since I would be having a C-section well when we received the box it was all banged up and cut in some areas like it was broken or dropped but it seemed like the chair inside was fine it sat for a while as we were in the hospital for some time with my newborns recovering so when we finally got released and home and put it together first thing we plugged it in and no power my husband looked all the wires and noticed one of the wires was split we didn’t think anything of it he got some electrical tape and fixed it the little piece of wire showing and then there was power well when we went to use it was making a horrible squeaking noise mind you it’s new and was sitting in the box a good while we tried every thing checking it again to make sure everything was put together wd40 it all areas still making noise he laid it down completely to see what else it could be and then we realized it was completely broken on the bottom of the chair a small metal piece probably as big as my hand was broken up under the chair barley hanging on we didn’t even get to use it the chair sat unused for over 6 months then when we finally get it together and try to use it to actually rock my newborn twin boys that I just had a traumatic birth and was in the hospital forever with and finally get home and settled it’s broken and can’t be used I reached out to Walmart to see if I can get a replacement that maybe I just got a defective one and they said they could not help me that they only have a 30 day policy and that I was a month to late for any type of warranty with the manufacture so basically all my money down the drain because it was not a cheap one and now I have no rocker to rock my newborn twin boys I thought I was investing in something that would help me for my boys since I can’t move very much still recovering and for their nursery now I have a broken rocker that can’t be used or sat on I am so upset and out of pocket all the expense we did not see right away all the damages or we would of sent back right away after all I am dealing with 2 new born babies and healing and we were in the hospital for so long I thought I did my research if you buy one please check right away or you will be stuck like me with no working rocker and no help. Less

Chair is beautiful and very comfortable

Omg I love this chair!!!! I’m due in two weeks so every place that I sit right now hurts, with the exception of this chair. It’s so comfortable and soft and I love the rocking feature of it. My and baby will be very happy in the coming weeks.

I ordered this chair for my daughter's nursery. Beautiful color and fabric in shell and rocks and swivels easily. Also reclines! Fit perfectly.

chair is SO soft and comfortable, smooth and quiet recline! only down 1 star because our cord came with a small cut in it. Thankfully the wire itself was still covered inside so we just used electrical tape.
