Not too comfortable but small enough to fit in tight spaces. Cushions are pretty stiff.

Great color and comfort

Love the ash gray color. It’s the perfect neutral. Overall I love the couch. The legs seem to be different lengths and therefore lift one side up if you have them all in. Currently we took the middle 5th leg of so the couch didn’t wobble. I think this couch is only worth it if it’s on sale- which is how I purchased it 50% off so wait for a sale!

Apartment sized sectional

Been looking around of a decent sized sectional for my new apartment & happily found this. Easy assembly & comfy for 1-2 people.

Mistake

After about 1 month the seat cushions lost all support. They sink into the couch and the fabric over them stretches and moves around. It looks mishapen. I’ve had the couch for less than 5 months and I’m extremely disappointed. The fabric constantly pills and the couch is very uncomfortable to lounge in. I wish I had never bought this couch.

It's a couch. A small lumpy couch but at the very least it's something to sit on. You can't really curl up on it since there's no leg room as it's not very deep at all and you can't exactly lay your head back without an extra pillow or something (at least if you're not short - 6' tall here which tbh isn't very tall at all anymore since that's becoming the new average between my generation and grown up zoomers). If you aren't at home a lot this would be fine but idk if that really applies anymore... maybe look elsewhere unless you're a little old lady or something. TLDR: I thought Serta would've known how to make a comfy couch since they make mattresses but this is worse than a lot of the ugly overly square antihuman mcm couches that should've stayed in the 60s and 70s where they belong. Whatever happened to big deep comfy couches like virtually every couch from the 80s and 90s??

The cushions are very uncomfortable and the fabric shifts and gets all out of wack. Huge waste of money! Glad I was able to return!

Waste of money.

Looks ok out of the box, but after less than a month of use, the cushion "springs" are mishapen and pushing through. Cushions are pretty cheap, move within the cover and are no longer square. Threads are pulling from the fabric on the ends. $700 piece of garbage. Sorry that I bought it.

Meh

You get what you pay for. The cushions lose their oomf pretty quickly. And the material isn’t super comfortable. But with furniture delay times, it is fine for a couch that was available immediately.

Nice, but not navy

It’s definitely an okay couch. It’s firm and easy to put together. It’s blue, but it is not a deep blue like navy is. True navy pillows on couch for reference.

Great sofa

I liked how fast I received my sofa. The color is bright and clean. It fits well in small areas. Came packaged securely (even in a drawstring bag) and you only have to put the legs on the sofa & you’re set.

Ordered this couch after months of waiting for my Ashley’s couch and honestly it was the best decision ever! Easy to assemble, quick delivery to my door, sturdy and beautiful color. I got it on sale for 700 so it was a pretty sweet deal! Cream is a true light cream color, FYI. Perfect for small spaces/ two people. Even my dog loves it!

Great sofa!

Love the product! Goes great with my little apartment. The color is exactly as seen online. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Everyone that visits fight for the long part of the sofa. Easily for people fit sitting.

Not for those with back issues

This one is cute but extremely firm and straight. If you don't have perfect posture, this couch is not for you. It is very hard to get comfortable and I have tried to fluff it up with pillows but no matter what it is not something you can relax in for too long without hurting. It is acceptable but not enjoyable. We bought this in December 2020 online and needed a couch but I would've rather purchased inflatable furniture until we found a better pick.
