Nordic ware festive fall fun!

This beautiful copper Nordic ware mini loaf pan made six harvest loaves in a variety of cute fall patterns! The pan is very well made and my pumpkin loaves did not stick to the pan when I turned it over and left each mini loaf design perfectly intact! The mold patterns are so cute especially the squirrel! I put each loaf in cellophane bags and tied with fall color ribbons and tags and gifted to all my friends and family for thanksgiving! They all loved it! This pan baked each loaf evenly and more importantly it saved me so much baking time as I was able to do 6 mini loafs at once! I will be on the look out for Nordic wares Christmas pans as well!

Great pan for mini loaf cakes. Just need to make sure the baker uses a good amount of shortening on the pans since there are so many designs.

This fall-themed pan makes beautiful cakes with fall designs. The recipe that comes with the pan wrapping was delicious! I like to make pumpkin cake in the fall and this will be a perfect pan to make individual cakes. To avoid sticking use a spray that contains flour, like Bakers Joy.

Great little loaf pan

I have been eyeballing this pan for the past two years around Christmas time. This year it went on sale so I just had to buy it. The quality is wonderful it’s a nice heavy pan and the loaf size is perfect for gifting or setting out for tea. The loaf’s released cleanly and the pan was super easy to clean. I’m very happy with my purchase!
