Assembled the chair and was easy to do. The chair has quality leather seat and back and parts. I have used it for a few weeks now and is very comfortable. I believe this will be a good chair for me for many years.

Not At All as expected
Smells like cheap plastic, can't reach foot rest and seat throws you forward and you slide off.
Comfortable but cheap..
Don't like how it drops down when you sit in it. What do you need a shock absorber for it's a chair? Also if left on highest setting the cylinder wears and the chair rocks back and has been loosening.

Multiple adjustments and the soft leather makes this drafting chair VERY COMFORTABLE. Also very good service. One of the arms was damaged during shipping. They replaced this part very quickly-
