Great Office Chair

This is the fifth one of this brand of chair I have purchased for the office. Everyone loves it!

Price gouging is alive and well in 2024. I have this chair and have owned it for 3 to 4 years. I purchased it at Office Depot for less than $200 dollars. Now it is priced at $429 dollars. Also the faux leather coating has almost completely flaked off, fyi. Otherwise it is a very comfy chair.

High quality and price less than OfficeMax.

This is a high quality, beautiful office chair. And, the price was $307 less than the price at our local OfficeMax store.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR

I always feel like I will slip out of the chair and fall on my tailbone when I get in or out. You must hold on the side rails or the chair will move out from under you. The tilt tension adjustment does not appear to change at all no matter how many times I turn the knob and the only way I have enough strength to tilt the chair back is by putting my legs up on my desk and that isn't gonna happen when I am at work. The tilt adjustment is very slight and having to exert so much effort is ridiculous, so what is the point? The height adjustment is also not very much, but is adequate for me (I am 5'2") but a much taller person probably would not be satisfied.

Attractive office chair

We purchased new chairs for the executive offices. They look great, but have limited features restricting movement of the seat. I will see if it is comfortable long term, but have noticed that I have to get up and walk around for a few minutes every couple of hours.

handles dont move. hitting dwsk top

the handles dont move and it hit my desk. Had to raise dwsk legs with wood to use chair. measure before u buy!

Disappointing experience

I was not able to complete installation as the screw holes had not been fully drilled. Also, the recline feature was incredibly stiff. I guess it being in the Office Depot showroom floor and tried out so many times must’ve loosened it up. I don’t have the time for that. All in all, it was a disappointing experience. Really could’ve been avoided if someone had taken the time to not cheap out on manufacturing the chair.

I like that it is less expensive than the iComfort chairs sold by Serta. But it needs more padding on the seat area.

Great Chair but missing parts

My order came in and both boxes were missing a caster in each. Kind of hard to use the chair with missing wheels.
