Brightens the room
This rug is just beautiful. It brightens the whole room and is a perfect addition to our family room! AND Boutique Rugs has amazing customer service!
It was not the color
It was not the color I expected. It looks completely different than the picture.
Perfect Rug
I love the neutral gray and cream tones and texture in this rug! The quality is great and it feels so soft. I absolutely love this rug and how it brightens up our dining area. It would look good in so many spaces. I definitely recommend it!
Already fraying
As soon as I installed the sides have frayed and is continued to get worse over time. Edges are not properly stitched. It is also not washable. Color is accurate. Not great quality.

The photos on the website
The photos on the website are not an accurate description. Customer service was responsive,but of course didn’t want to take any accountability for the poor online photos and online description. When I said I wanted to return it- they offered me a $175 credit towards a new rug, if I kept the rug. But, if I paid to return the rug and purchase a different one from them- the credit wasn’t offered. They then offered “discounted rates” to return the rug which was $170. But, when I checked with USPS they would only charge me $77 and UPS $111. So, they tried to make a profit off of me returning something. The rugs from this company are good quality- I have several others. After reading other reviews about this company on BBB and dealing with them trying to make additional money off of returns for a product I wasn’t happy with, I will never buy from this company again.
The perfect rug
The most gorgeous rug!!! The cream in the rug is definitely more ivory. You cannot go wrong with purchasing this!
