This rug looks great in my area and is exactly as depicted in the online photos. The slight design is just what I was looking for and feels soft to walk on. Quality is great and shipping was quick.

Just right

I wanted a plain rug, but one with enough texture so it doesn't just look like a carpet sample. The pile is just right, not too thick, not too thin. It looks very good in my living room.

Sheds too much - do not waste your money!

This rug continues to shed so much after months that I will need to throw away. I have had to vacuum handfuls of wool fibers daily, otherwise they cover the floors throughout my apartment and stick to any clothing that comes into contact. I attempted to resolve this with the company and they said it was “normal”. This rug is poor quality - do not waste your money!

Rug Size Not Accurate

Ive had this rug for a couple months. My biggest disappointment in the rug is its length is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the listed 11ft. I had measured precisely so it would cover the mark left on my wood floor from a previous rug. Would have returned it had it not been for the snags in the carpet loops that my dog had made. Since I trim her nails regularly, I would say this rug is not dog friendly. The rug color appears as shown online.

This rug is amazing. Bought it in “oatmeal” and it is 2x more expensive at any other site. It’s a steal for the quality you get in this rug. It’s soft, has a nice medium pile and is simply gorgeous. Really brought our family room to the next level. Thank you boutique rugs!

Unraveling a decent amount in

Unraveling a decent amount in a few places, been cutting them with scissors to get rid of the excess. Also sheds a good amount still. Hoping it's temporary as I've had it only for 2 weeks. Also our feet have been poked by sharp fibers that poke out. Not sure what that's about. Quality could be better but the color is nice.

Nice quality rug, but the actual color is nothing like the picture. It is a much darker brown. Customer Service was not very understanding or helpful when I showed them picture proof.

Great rug

Great quality, soft underfoot, and no odors or noticeable shedding. The cream color looks just like it does on my monitor. I bought the 7'6" × 9'6" and the actual measurements are 7'4" × 9'3" - I really wanted an 8' × 10', but that size wasn't offered. I ordered a nice thick pad from another company and the rug feels quite luxurious. I would definitely buy from boutique rugs again!

After one month, still shedding!

After about a month, the rug is still shedding a lot! I called customer service and was told that it should be subsiding soon. I vacuum it at least once a day. I wasn’t expecting the shedding to be this intense. I like the comfort and the quality of the rug. It’s a nice thickness. I probably would pick a different gray. The colors are hard to differentiate between.

I really love the rug,

I really love the rug, it's nice and plush with a quality tight feel. It's all wool so it does shed a little, and just be warned that it did smell like a barnyard when I unrolled it from the package. The scent has dissipated but I was a bit worried at first haha

Looks used

I ordered this in 2x3. It is not nearly as bright and the picture, much darker. And it looks like it has been used. It is misshapen. Doubt I'll order from here again.

Shedding Clumps

Rug Sheds in clumps. So if you do not plan to use it - it is very nice.......But we have a table and 4 chairs so we don't even walk on it. After 6 months the shedding has not gone away.......................must vacuum after each use. And we bought two.

What an elegant and well made piece

I've seen this rug sold under many names on many sites. But Boutiquerugs had it at the best price, so I took the plunge. Not disappointed, at all. Beautiful subdued pattern, nice bright color, a solid heft to it, and minimal shedding for a wool rug. If you want a solid color rug, but still a little bit of style, you will not be disappointed with the Brockton.
