I love this rug it

I love this rug it is perfect for my office space. It’s the perfect thickness for a washable rug and the colors are gorgeous. Pictures don’t do it justice because it is so much better in real life.

BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This rug is absolute JUNK! It is paper thin and it looks like the design is from a rubber stamp. Do not make the mistake like me of buying this rug in hopes it would look like the picture on the website - it does not! Save yourself of their horrific customer service as well. They state on their site that a partial refund will be given for returns - which is understandable. However, not when the cost to ship back the item is $29 and you paid $28 for the rug - there is no refund! In fact, the websites says I owe them 87 cents!!! There is NO verbiage on their site that there would be no refund for items with cost that is of equal value of the return shipping cost. Never have I seen a company with such terrible return policies and so misleading on their website. Stay away from this website -you can get a better rug on Amazon, Wayfair, Rugs Direct, Rugs USA, etc- and they will return the rug with MUCH more ease! Shame on this company and their lack of values and clearly NOT putting the consumer first.

Bad quality, great idea

Love the pattern and color, but the one I received is printed crooked, cut crooked, and the overall quality is much lower than expected. I was hoping it would be comparable to Loloi printed rugs but this absolutely wasn’t. I will be replacing as soon and I find the right rug.

This rug was very disappointing! The colors are all wrong. The color on one end is different from the other end.

Neutral and very pretty

Love this rug. I'm not typically into blue, but this rug with the brown/tan and cream with blue accents is really beautiful. I have these rugs all over my rental property and in my salon. They hold up really well!

This rug is exactly what I was hoping for, took me forever to just buy it ! Let’s remember this is washable , so it is not a plush style rug . However it has texture , lays flat ( I had a brand new rug pad, like the ones offered here ) . I got the 8x10 so the rug pad really helped it to be flat and no wrinkles . After several days of kids and dogs it is completely flat and we all love it . I will probably take it to the laundry mat when the time comes for that . It is light weight enough , it’s easy to fold and carry . This rug has “natural cotton fibers “ as well as polyester . I believe that is why I like the texture so much . The blue is more of a deep teal not a navy .

Somewhat different in person than online

The feel is rough underfoot. It’s not cozy by any means. Overall it looks good, but there are much more green undertones in areas that the online photos don’t show. I wish it was more like the warm brown tones shown online, but in person it leans more cool gray/green tones. Not 100% happy with the look and feel, but not bad. Just different than it looked online.

Pretty rug, poor quality

Fell in love with this rug! Read great reviews and purchased it for my living room. We are 6 months into using it. Very disappointed in how its wearing. Fading really bad, attracts dog hair like crazy and does not vacuum very easily. There are threads coming loose and there seems to be some pilling. It is just my husband and i so not too much traffic. Really bummed with how much i spent for this.
