It makes ice quickly, but it also melts quickly. I would say my only complaint is if the machine could keep the ice bay cooler. I also put the ice directly in a container and put it in the freezer, but the melting factor clumps the ice together in one big piece mostly.

I love my nugget ice machine. I bought ice bags to fill up. Pretty quiet. Has auto shut off if I forget Im making ice. I can get about 4 bags a day. Great little machine!

It's loud. The ice melts super fast and is much smaller than images. Not to mention Wayfair makes it impossible to return. I would not purchase again.

Worked for about 3 weeks then kept throwing error code saying to add water even when it was full. Wayfair is sending me a new one but I’m skeptical. Hopefully it works longer than 3 weeks.

Love the item. Wish it was a tad bigger on ice storage. Love pebbled ice. Wonderful for daily use. Produces ice fairly quickly.

Much, much quieter than other nugget machines we had. The ice basket is smaller than our earlier units but it also self-cleans. No running 2-3-4 fillings of water - at least one with lemon juice. Just press the clean button and in 15 minutes just drain the unit.

Good but not good

The machine came really fast. it worked well for 3 days, i followed all the instructions on the instructions page but after 3 days it started acting weird, the part where the ice comes out would spin but no ice would come out and then it started being really loud and it had like a burning smell

It produces conveniently sized cubes that fit snugly into the mouths of most stainless water bottles and canteens, which is a plus. The turnaround time for batches of ice is pleasantly quick. As for noise levels, it's on par with other portable ice makers ÿ neither quieter nor louder.

I’ve had 3 other nugget ice makers from a different brand but found myself needing another one. As someone who chomps ice 24/7 it’s a necessity. However, one cannot keep up with me even though it claims 33lbs per day. I may believe that but in order to make it one would have to stand over it and feed it water constantly. The capacity is very small. With basket full I can get one large sonic cup full. Then not much longer have to fill water tank again. On the plus side it is more quiet than others I’ve owned. It kicks on and off a lot of you don’t dump the basket quickly. I do like the small overall size compared to others but I need a bigger capacity in my basket. It does make the ice very quick but that also makes it where the cubes are not cycled through as much for that compact soft crunch. I’m on the fence but I feel due to size of basket only I will have to return.

This machine makes great ice but the container bin is pretty small. It holds enough for one 30 oz cup. For more you have to store in the freezer, making the chewable ice harder.

Worked great for a couple of months but then it would not produce ice. I would have to unplug the unit and let it cool off for a day and then plug it back it. Not really ideal for an ice maker you would like to have ice on demand. I cleaned the unit to the best if my ability but it still doesn’t work. I’ve emailed the seller. We will see what happens

Lol i really have no idea how good this one is. What i do know is the EXACT SAME ONE is in the Tik Tok shop for $139-159 depending on the day lol. i have a bullet ice maker that i love and have been looking at nugget ice makers but it appears Walmart will not be where I'm looking for one!

this is a great little ice maker. it makes really good nugget ice. it's fast. it started working within 6 minutes. we had pieces coming out and within an hour the tray was full. mine is not noisy like other reviews have said ! I do believe it would put out 33 lb of ice a day as it's advertised. I do recommend this if you're looking for a nugget ice machine. it's a great value.

The ice maker itself is a pretty good size considering it s basically a portable ice maker. It makes ice swiftly and efficiently. I was scared if it was going to be loud or not but it s relatively quiet. It has a fan built in which is the only thing that produces the sound and it s not obnoxiously loud at all. I m assuming that s what cools down the water to create the ice cubes.?
