Your 3rd party that does deliveries has been late everytime and the last one with this tile we keep getting told they are going to pick it up and still have not. COmmunication is horrible and they break most things. Not happy!!!

I wish they had a sample of this tile to see at home depot. I had to order whole batch of what I needed (so the color scheme would be same in batch) with the possibility of returning it if I didn't like how it looked. However, I really liked the look of wood grain which is what drew me to this tile. I do hate tile in showers but since we have to have it in a new build, I wanted something that was light colored and interesting grain without busyness. We haven't installed it yet, but this tile is very nice and I know it will go great with the other tile.

The color and quality of these “wood look” tile “boards” appear excellent, with warm colors that are in good agreement with the photographs on the Home Depot web site. We purchased one box to evaluate the tile, and on the basis of what we saw, are planning to use it on our whole downstairs remodel.
