Installed this in a few pet-friendly Airbnb rentals 3 years ago. It’s held up great and looks just as good as the day we installed it. Back to buy more for a new project.

Completing the job

I purchased this flooring to replace some damaged flooring in our cabin. Having laid this type of flooring for our home the installation was pretty straight forward. The only issue I have with it, and I am sure this applies to any other such flooring purchased on online. is that if you find yourself 1 or 2 pieces short your have to buy a whole addition box at $70+ a box. That is a high price to pay for 1 or 2 panels and leaving you with 5 or 6 panels you can/t use.

After a broken water pipe damaged some inexpensive flooring in my hunting cabin. I wanted something more durable with a degree of water proofing with a strong moisture vapor barrier to protect the decking. After revieing a number of option and wanting something that would contrast with the raw oak cabinets and trim I found that the Invicta Vista Clay would be idle.

I have had this flooring installed for less than 3 years and it is chipping, peeling, and bubbling up in the high traffic areas. It was more difficult to install than the life proof flooring we put down in another room.

Looks great but is not standing the test of time

The least expensive part of this floor is the product & that failed. The floor buckled & one of the edges broke off in under 3 months. We bought extra tiles and hopefully someday a floor guy will be here and can replace the broken tiles, hopefully not the whole floor. It still looks great except in that spot. It's soft on the feet and ex to maintain. Wish this had not happened, would have been a real win. Not Home Depot's fault, they did their part flawlessly,

Horrible quality!

I have had this flooring for less than two years. It looks pretty, but the quality is awful! The floors are buckling and breaking all over our house. I filed a claim with Montserrat, but of course it was denied. The company said there have been no other reported issues with the flooring, but judging by the reviews, that simply isn’t true. I would never ever recommend these floors!

Will fall apart

This stuff fell apart after 18 months and this company WILL NOT HONOR THE LIFETIME

Not the easiest install for LVP and had trouble with the "wood-look" finish chipping. For the price, I would expect better quality

This flooring scratches very easily so it is not as scratch resistant as advertised. A very light chair scratched the floor the first time we had dinner after the new floors went down. Not worth the money or headache!

Very difficult to install

The edges break very easily and do not stay together well. The floor looks great but pops in and out when walked on. Supposed to be waterproof although I don't know how that can be with the planks snapping in and out as they do. I would not buy this brand for anyone that has never done flooring before, it is super frustrating!

Fragile and not easy to install

This product looks great, but the tongue and groove seldom snap in as advertised. The tongue is really fragile, and wasted many planks with minor bumps at the joint.

Beautiful floors, difficult install for DIY

These floors look great now that they're done and I think they're going to be extremely durable, however the install process was terrible. The instructions that come with them don't help at all. It took 4 people about 5 hours between 2 days JUST to figure out the perfect system for getting them installed. We had many planks break during the install process before and after the system was figured out and wasted quite a bit of product because of it. We did find that installing the planks from the short end was the best and most efficient way to get them situated and then angled and tapped in on the long end in order to get the perfect fit. Some planks that broke on the short end we decided to keep installed, but used a light grey silicone to keep them water proof since the seals weren't 100% intact. Again, the floors look great, but there needs to be more support for install instructions. Here are some links to a few videos that helped us the most with our install. Exactly what I was looking for!

My husband installed these and said it was easy. They look beautiful, and we're exactly what we were looking for. When we first opened the box we were shocked how light they looked, but once payed down the color is perfect. Not strippy or grainy like other light floors.

My floors look so modern. I love them, worth every penny. I brought 14 boxes. Kept one box in case I May need it in the future. A complete transformation from regular wooden floors to a elegant grey vinyl flooring. I feel like I moved to a new house. I’m so happy!

Looks great! Not scratch resistant

the floor looks really good when it is all laid out. However, the floor claims to be scratch resistant but it is not. It actually scratches quite easily it seems. I knew this when buying it, but it does show dust/dirt really well. I'm iffy if I would purchase this flooring again. When you are measuring,make sure you use the metric system. It is all in mm.
