Product arrived with one side of the box opened and upon taking home several pieces damaged. In my opinion, it is a defective product. The plastic on the edges are very ridgid which means when instaling they break off easily - lots of pieces were not usabe and/or when installed have places they are not connected. Do not recommend!

like the product but they delivered 2 boxes open and there was broken pieces in it. i could not return them because they only take full boxes.

Damaged

Outside boxes were all bashed up. I knew I should have checked them before I left the store and, sure enough, all of the boards have some damage on the tongue. I can work with them but I spent almost $500 on this product. I shouldn't accept any damage but it would be a royal pain to drive them back out to the store and wait for replacements. Also, the young woman at the pick up counter was less than engaging, given she is in a customer service role.

Poor Quality and Support from MoHawk

This was installed over 1 year and already the planks are warped. I filled a claim through Lowe's with MoHawk and was denied. I would not recommend MoHawk the warranty is not something you should depend on. Lowe's is not even able to find or recommend someone to correct this issue.

Mohawk Elite LVP advertised as 20 mil

This was not 20 mil but 5 mil. I am super angry. I'm tired of poor marketing. We had to special order this. We waited well past the delivery date stated. I hate Lowes now.

Exactly as we expected for our flooring project

Delayed in delivery

I ordered on Feb. 1 and it was scheduled to be delivered on Feb. 8. I called the customer service on Feb. 7 and they told me the delivery date can not be determined as the product was not even shipped yet. I took the day off and had my contractors ready on Feb. 8, but it didn't happen. Although the product was finally delivered but it became hard to get my installation scheduled. It is very disappointed.

Great way to see the quality and verify the color is what you thought. This sample was accurate to the color I was expecting to see but never assume this will be the case for you. My contractor was happy with how well you can see the quality of the product based on the sample and it isn't just a 2"x2" square. Sample is a portion of an actual plank.

Absolutely love the mix of browns and grays making this a great color flooring for neutral areas or allowing you to keep a balance of browns and grays.

Made in Vietnam, not the USA just to clarify for those wanting to know the origin. In regards to overall quality, the interlocking portion of this product is subpar and very brittle.

Very good LVP

This product (Mohawk Elite Double Shot) was very easy to put down and has extremely strong joints. There is a Youtube video that ranks the 20 leading products in terms of joint strength (how hard it is to break the locking parts). Only 3 passed and Mohawk was one of them. It has a 20 Mil wear layer, which is great. I wish the overall mil thickness was another mil or two thicker, but it's still comfortable to walk on. I have put down other types of LVP and can attest that this was excellent in comparison to some cheaper stuff I have used. If you are reading reviews, I would dismiss the guy complaining because he has a few bad boards. Every LVP job has bad boards out of the box. If you have a full box (8 pieces) Lowe's will take them back and give you a refund. I had just a couple out of 28 boxes (3 rooms, 2 baths, and a hallway). I'd also dismiss the lady complaining the time it took her and her husband...just ridiculous. Anyway, good stuff- you wont go wrong here.

Buyer Beware

The quality of this Mohawk flooring product was very poor and unacceptable. There were obvious flaws all over the boards including chipped corners, manufacturing defects and just plain shoddy workmanship. We had already laid down most of the bathroom floor when we noticed, so I contacted Mohawk directly, who took absolutely no responsibility for the product and referred me to Lowe's. I contacted Lowe's Customer Service who referred me back to Mohawk and took no responsibility either. Will never purchase Mohawk flooring again. Very disappointed.

Great Product for Kitchen

Very nice product, which is perfect for kitchen flooring. Unfortunately, the shade is a little too dark to go with our exiting Mohawk wooden floors.
