[Rewarded Review] Nice design and style, but it leaks

I really like hand-held showerheads, so that I can direct the spray exactly where I want it, and even do things like clean the tub, bathe the dog, etc. This one is especially nice, because I can attach it directly to where my fixed showerhead came out - no plumbing needed. It also has adjustments for different spray patterns, and is very water-saving at 1.5 gallons per minute. All you need to install is plumber's tape, and possible a wrench to remove your existing showerhead. The reason I gave it only 2 stars: It leaks from a joint that no amount of tightening will fix. I will revise this review if I figure out if I am doing something wrong. Also, it is made of plastic, so be careful in tightening it so the plastic parts don't break.

Niagara five position shower head is adjustable for a person of any Hight and the shower head is detachable for hand use. Installation is simple and takes about five minutes. The shower head is made of chrome plated plastic but the hose is metal. It is well made and looks good. I have a family that ranges in Hight from 5 foot to 6 foot one and were all happy with this shower.

This is a very good iagara conservation healthguard 5 spray pattern. It uses 1.5 gpm. It comes with a 72 inch shower hose and a mountain brackket that you can intall by hand. The hand held shower comes with a 5 spray pattern to choose from massage, rain, full body, jet and power spray. My favorite is the massage after a hard day at work it is a hand held shower to have. It comes with everything you need to install it with. We have to highly recommend it.

Great shower head for the money. This shower head comes with everything you need for installation and is easy to install. All the conections can be tightened down by hand without any leaks. The shower head sits firmly in the holder. It has good water preasure on all 5 spray patterns so can be adjusted to personal preference easily. The finish looks very nice and is well made for the money.

This is a great shower head. It has 5 sprays ranging from wide to narrow that go from strong to mild flow. My spouse and I both like a wide, or full spray. I like mine strong, and he likes his mild. The Niagra Conservation HealthGuard is the perfect shower head for our different uses. Plus, I like the ability to remove the face plate to clean the showerhead. This is replacing a clear showerhead that never looked clean no matter how often I cleaned it. The hose is 72" and reaches my seating area. It is perfect for rinsing while sitting down, or cleaning the shower. The hose and the shower head have some heft to them. The bracket is the lightweight plastic. The shower head lifts straight up out of the bracket so I'm not worried about it breaking. It came with the bracket, shower head, hose, and two washers. You will need plumbers tape. There were no directions. The directions are online at HD Online. The directions are easy to understand, and the face plate was easy to remove/replace. This was easy to install, no tools needed, hand tighten only.

Received shower head and hose in fine shape. Installation took 5 minutes with supplied washers. Tefloned the water nipple coming out of the wall.

Shower arrived in a clear plastic bag no instructions or information on this product. Installation was very easy took husband 10 minutes which is wonderful, plastic shower head very cheap matériels the different power flows are good except the most powerful flow leaked.

[Rewarded Review] Nice Low Cost Adjustable Shower Head

Received this shower head in good condition. Installation was quick, spent about 10 minutes removing my old non-adjustable shower head and installing this handheld 5-spary adjustable shower head. Only tool needed is a pair of channel locks and some pipe thread tape. Tested shower head after installation and all 5 water sprays work well and adjust easily between the different sprays. The only thing I do not like about this shower head is made of almost entirely of plastic. Felt like the plastic might break if tightened too much.

[Rewarded Review] Very Good Shower Head

I like this hand held showerhead just fine but received it in just a plastic bag, no box, no instructions. I installed it the first time and had only a leak at the connection between the hose and spray head but no water coming out of the head itself. So I went on lowes.com and looked at the head installed. I had installed the hose backwards and it must have a backflow preventer in it so I had no flow out of the head. Instruction sheet would have prevented all this frustration. It does have a removable antimicrobial face plate for cleaning which is very nice. Now I do like the showerhead and do recommend it.

[Rewarded Review] Nice spray pattern, needs more volume

This shower sprayer looks very sleek and is easy to hold and adjust. My favorite feature is that the front is easy to remove for more extensive cleaning or de-scaling! However, my wife did not like it because there was "not enough" water to rinse her hair effectively with our lower water pressure. I resolved that by removing the constrictor (in the base of the handle; careful with the screen!) and, while it doesn't seem to have increased the volume a ton, it increased it enough to make her happy. The long hose makes it easy to rinse the entire tub or wash the dogs when they retreat to the back end of the tub.

Niagara Conservation HealthGuard 5-Spray Patterns 4.3 in. 1.5 GPM Wall Mount Handheld Shower Head with Removable Faceplate in Chrome (1-Pack), Grey not a shower head. There was some things I didn't really care for, the packaging was just a cardboard box with a bag in it. There was no instructions so luckily I know how to install them. Everything is plastic very cheap feeling. Not a bad shower head all and all. It will be great for washing the dog.

My daughter installed this on the first try with no leaks. She wanted a handheld sprayer. This sprayer has 5 patterns with a nice positive click as you move between them. The long hose is useful for cleaning the tub. Bice clean and best of all, it does not leak.

[Rewarded Review] Wow, what a nice wall mount removable shower head!

I am very impressed with this unit. We have had an older unit in the shower in our bathroom and I have been saying I need to get a newer updated model. This one is Perfect! It is chrome and the head is appx. 4.5" . It has 5 patterns of spray. Just move the small piece on the face to different patterns. The long flexible chrome hose is very soft( the old one was not very pliable) and moves easily without kinking. It was easy to remove our old one and attach this new one. It is Sooo refreshing to take a shower now.. I can easily adjust the patterns. I highly recommend this sprayer to anyone looking for a wonderful refreshing shower.

This handheld shower head is very easy to install. It comes with 2 rubber washers for each end of the hose. Teflon tape is needed to get a good seal and prevent any drips/leaks. It has a good variety of spray patterns and it comes with a very long hose. The unique thing about this shower head is that the face plate can be removed for cleaning. Hard water deposits on a shower head are annoying and so is figuring out how to soak a shower head in vinegar without disconnecting it. Just take the faceplate off, clean. it, and put it back on. No worries about loosening connections and getting leaks. I gave 4 stars for quality as all connections are plastic so care needs to be taken not to over tighten and potentially cracking them.

For one of our spare bathrooms that we also use to wash the dog we needed to replace the showerhead. We got the Health Guard 5 spray 1.5 gallon per minute handheld showerhead in chrome. We liked the fact the despite being a water conserving showerhead it has the pressure compensating technology to make it feel like a more powerful flow. The 4.3 inch head is a really good size to handle versus some that are just way too big. The fact that it has an anti-microbial treated removable face plate intrigued me. It is meant for cleaning to keep it from building up germs and stuff but since where we live we have extremely hard water I think this will help the longevity of it as I can take it apart and clean the hard water build up out of it. Not to mention the cleaning do to it after I wash the dog with it. This is a feature I have never had and look forward to trying. It has 5 spray settings so you can find one you like and it is easy to adjust. The 72 inch hose is adequate without being bulky. I do like that despite most of the unit being plastic the hose is actually metal so I believe that will help it last longer. It’s a decent showerhead for the price point. The holder for the shower head works as designed and is typical. While it doesn’t have the heavy duty feeling of some of your higher end showerheads it is pleasant enough. The installation is very easy and straight forward with no tools required as it can be done by hand. I would not recommend using tools as I imagine it would be easy to overtighten and crack the unit. The chrome finish on it definitely shows every finger print and water spot so depending on your personal thoughts this is something to keep in mind. Time will be the factor in seeing how long this unit holds up but for the time being it is a good enough unit and we are pleased with it.

My wife and I really like our new HealthGuard Handheld Showerhead. The chrome finish looks nice and appears very durable. The extra-long stainless-steel hose is quite flexibl. The showerhead bracket holds the showerhead considerably higher than our old showerhead, this is nice because I am 6’4” tall and the extra height is much appreciated. I cannot vouch for a reduction in water usage, but the water pressure is far greater than our old showerhead.

Very easy to install, remove the old head and replace with this one. I didn't need any special tools and took about 5 minutes. It has a nice adjustable spray pattern, very basic, selecting narrow circle to wide circle (4 concentric patterns). The flex hose is long enough to reach from the shower head to the bottom of the bathtub. The shower cradle is a little lightweight but otherwise decent quality. It sits nice and high so a great choice for a tall person. I think its best suited for a guest/kids bath, condo, rental property, etc.

Just got done installing this shower head and it was a breeze. The things that stood out to me the most is how nice and flexible the hose is that connects the shower head. Sometimes these can be stiff and clunky, but not so on this one. The clean lines fit into any decor. The thumb control on the head is a nice feature as well. Only took me about 5 minutes to install from start to finish.
